We had such a great experience at IHOP! The food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted amazing. Our waiter, Lonnie, was seriously the best! super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. He kept checking in on us and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Great service really makes a difference, and Lonnie definitely made our visit 10/10. We’ll definitely be back!

Hi,
I came into the store this morning believing I had successfully placed an online order. I later realized the order had not gone through, which I understand was my mistake.
When the employee at the register came over to review the situation, his behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was visibly frustrated and sighed, but I did not raise my voice or act aggressively. Instead of attempting to help resolve the issue, he became upset, began yelling at me, and accused me of being disrespectful.
At that point, I told him to forget the order and that I would not be returning. As I was leaving, he then called me racist, which was completely uncalled for and deeply inappropriate.
Due to this interaction, I will not be returning to your store. If I could rate 0 stars I would

Lonnie was a GREAT waiter. Really kept the kids entertained while waiting for the food to arrive. Was a great asset for the restaurant. Would definitely love coming back and having Lonnie as my waiter!!!

The service was outstanding. Granted, we went in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday. The lady that greeted us was very nice and our server was super attentive. We got food from the value menu and it was pretty good and filling for $6. The only downside was the restaurant needs a face lift badly. Needs a deep clean and several repairs.

The rest of the visit was a disaster.
Served the entrees 7 minutes apart….? Hash browns greasy, cold, old, and nasty. They went back. The omelette was more like a pancake in texture and taste.
Like others correctly observed. They put a fresh coat of paint and changed the seating, some new folks and here you go.
Portions are not worth the prices.
Definitely won’t waste my time and money here again.

On 12/21/25 called in a to go order. When I entered the hostess asked card or cash. I said card and was rung up. I checked my order and had requested an extra sauce. The young lady went to the register to check how much for the sauce. She never rung the sauce up. She said it would be $1.50, I said wow that’s a bit much for a small cup of sauce. Non the less I said ok and gave her a $ 5 dollar bill. I watched as she went to several employees and finally one server gave her change. She came back with $3 dollars. Another employee was standing next to her when I asked where was my 50 cent change. She looks at me and doesn’t say anything. The employee next to her reaches in his pocket and gives her 50 cents. Then tells the hostess you owe me 50 cents. She gives me my change and when I questioned the transaction without a receipt. The male employee angrily responded we do not use the register for cash. I called back to speak with the manager. Waited for atleast 5 minutes no one picks up. Call back she answers and I go over everything that happen. Her response was did you get your 50 cents. I explained that she never rung it up in the register and I didn’t get a receipt. Called another ihop and asked how much a extra sauce cost. It was 99 cents. This restaurants employees are embezzling money from the restaurant and the customers. Customers beware and always ask for a receipt. Never going back
