Im sure everyone here trys their best and this is the best they get. Sitting in the drive through for 10 min without saying anything but all the other cars in front of me seemed to get served. I know its state of misery or whatever but yall chose to live here im just passing through. Stop putting your standards on things cause clearly it aint working.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received today!
Logan was the one I talked to through the intercom. I had a request for a special alteration on my coffee. Not only did he make it the way that I wanted it, whenever he gave it to me, he told me to take it for a test drive and make sure it was what I wanted. The coffee tasted great and my order came through exactly how I ordered it!
It’s pretty rare these days to find a fast food restaurant that cares about its customers and strives to be excellent. It’s clear that Logan and the morning crew over at the sonic on Jackson are that rarity. Thank you all for your great service this morning and for the great food! Keep up the good work!

I ordered a SS Bacon Cheeseburger and instead i got the SS Double Cheeseburger. We spent 40$ there and are very upset as well as frustrated with sonic. we go there quite frequently and this just keeps happening.

They dont put sauce in the bags at all. I have been here so many times, every. single. time. I have to ask for them to go back and get marinara sauce for cheese sticks and syrup for French toast sticks. Extremely annoying when I forget and go home and I have no sauce. I wasn’t going to post a review but it just keeps happening

This location has some staffing concerns. Arrived shortly before 9:30pm on 06/02, pulled into a stall and attempted to place order. The attendant taking the order was likely new (I’m hoping) but could benefit from much more training. It took roughly 10 minutes to place the order and attempted to order a limited time item lemonberry slush advertised on their menus but the employee had no clue what I was referring to, they even went and grabbed another employee who asked me if I was referring to 4 other drinks before I just gave up on that item. Requested sauces that were added to order but didn’t receive. After finally getting the order it took 27 minutes to get the food. When we arrived the stalls were not even half filled. Staff and manage this location better.

To the Sonic on Jackson St. Ozark, Missouri! The last time I was there, My foot long coney weener was as hard as a wood stick and dry, and I didn’t find out till I was back at work and tried to eat it! It was about as big around as my pinky, and I threw it out! Absolutely the worst Sonic I’ve ever been too! DO BETTER Y’ALL!

I ordered a number one sonic cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup and no onions. When i took a couple bites I tasted onions. I opened and realized that it is not what I ordered. At the time if the order I even corrected the order taker. I called the store let them know what happened. The manager offered to remake it, but I declined as I only have a 30 min lunch. I will not return to this location.

The new building is beautiful and the renovation is nice but the service is just as bad as it ever was.
Spent 30 minutes in the drive through for 3 slushes. All of them wrong and poorly made. Not mixed correctly and they tasted bad.
Just fair warning that this place has a lot of bad reviews for a reason. They just can’t get it together here. Really wish the new building would’ve come with an updated customer service experience. Hopefully with time they will fix this!
