Place is a joke. Ordered what they claim is “oven baked mac and cheese” to get 50 cents worth of kraft mac and cheese. Turkey dinner had no stuffing and like 2 tiny peices of turkey. Milkshake was missing all this on door dash 82.00 freaking dollars and it looks like something from a soup kitchen. If you cant do your jobs. Then quit.

Much better than the Denny’s in Irwin! In comparison, this place is gold. Kind staff, good food, and no bs. I like that. My party had 5 people, but only 3 ate anything and two of us got water. The total came to $51.10 making it in the $10-$20 per person bracket.

Went there after a show because it was the only place still open besides bars. We thought they were open 24 hours… turns out they were closing at 12. We got there around 1130 and they didn’t try to rush us at all. The server was super friendly, got our food out to us quickly and it was all very good. We even said we would take our food to go because we felt bad we were there so late. The server assured us she wanted us to relax and take our time and enjoy our meal. I recommend the Pancakes! Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had!!!! Came in and got the brisket melt with a sunny side up eggs and they were SLIMY!!!!!!!! Then when brought to the waiters attention she tells that the eggs are always slimy! Which if so this place needs shut down. They are openly trying to give salmonella without a care. And as talking to them they try to say it is normal but that is far from the truth. I shouldn’t have to be afraid of eating here because the eggs are “always cooked” this way. Getting this food then them trying to say it’s normal is ridiculous and not okay! The people who run this store should probably give the staff a run down on how to cook because this is absolutely absurd!!!

Staff is beyond friendly but the restaurant could do with someone being in charge of ordering product. They were out of sugar for the sweet tea and we were told they were also out of the new bacon cheese hashbrown rounds. (Before they informed us they DID have some still.) Its weird that a restaurant chain this large wouldn’t have figured out how to keep major attractions in stock.
Overall the experience was saved by the waiters and waitresses that were watching eachothers tables. I think we had about 4 different people come refill our drinks or otherwise wait on us. Great team work.
