I’ll keep it simple: throughout my life I’ve visited dozens of Panda Express locations across several states in the U.S., and one thing many of them unfortunately have in common is that they tend to feel very cold, and the food cools down quickly as well.

That’s why I want to start by saying this is the best Panda Express location I’ve visited.
Cleanliness: 10/10.
Customer service: 10/10.
Food taste and temperature: 10/10.
Dining area temperature: 10/10 — perfectly comfortable, not cold or hot. My food stayed warm and I wasn’t freezing like I usually am in most Panda Express locations.

On top of that, the place looks great. They have booths available, outdoor seating, and plenty of parking. Honestly, could there be a more perfect Panda Express? I doubt it. You’ll have a great experience here — you’re welcome

This is an untouched bigger plate……. Double Chow? No. $2 for 3 pieces of shrimp and half of orange chicken. Absolutely pathetic

I just visited by drive thru today. While I always get very grumpy workers and the drive thru is always slow, Melanie was a joyful gem and hit all the good things I look for. Accuracy was more accurate than a precision air strike, speed wasn’t too fast or too slow, kind as heck, and kept the smile going.

Melanie needs to be praised and protected at all costs for her hard work!

Ordered BEEF and broccoli and received the saddest most pathetic portion I’ve ever seen. Makes chipotle look like a value. Manager was not helpful so now I have to post the pictures

You want good portions? You HAVE to go in person, because mobile orders they give out the most miserable portions! This is not the first time it happens, figured maybe the first time was a once in a blue moon type a thing, NOPE!
Ugh. Way to ruin a good meal.

I knew I enjoyed eating at Panda, but the experiences they give with more than the service of cooking, preparing and serving food with a smile but the extra steps they take to make sure no matter what you can appreciate the services. Today I ordered through the app and failed to select the right location. Not only was I hungry but sad at the same time, I called the correct location and was lucky enough to get Chris/Cris the manager and explained everything and he graciously explained that because the location was closer to my home my order will be ready when I do make it over that way freshly and although he couldn’t transfer the order and that I used points for the order, my food will still be available to me whenever I can make that way. Now that’s service to a customer, the Human Experience

I didn’t wait at all maybe 2-3min, packed when I came in. I luv this location 1 of fav. Food always tastes so yummy here compared to other Panda Express I been too. Portions are 1-2 big scoops plenty enough. Staff is polite I never have any issues, i esp luv I most always get a free entree cuz I fill out the survey.

Update 10/2
In my recent visit to other Pandas, I realized this is the most modern Panda franchise that I’ve ever seen. Therfore I’m pumping it back up to full 5 stars.
We placed order last week through the online app from Mobile Tuesday, and the pickup was easy. People here are nice, especially the Asian guy who is always friendly to greet everyone. He is very responsible and tried to look up my “missing order”. In reality, it was because my sister put it under a different name. But I appreciated his efforts! It makes you feel that they care about the customers.

Believe it or not, being a Chinese, the Panda Express is my favorite to go place in the suburbs.

I really like their Kung Pao Chicken, and a variety of dishes to choose from. It’s pretty decent quality food.

I even bought a few dishes for my birthday one year.

They used to have some service problem, but seemed to have improved.

They have a charity box for children’s hospital at checkout. If you have a few dollars to donate for a good cause, it’s quite convenient.

For the price, the value was disappointing. The food quality was inconsistent and the flavor was bland. What really made the experience worse was the lack of basic condiments. Customers should be allowed more than one soy sauce or any of the other sauces without having to ask or pay extra. For what Panda Express charges, providing adequate sauces should be standard. Overall, Panda Express has became more of a last minute resort if you’re real hungry.

I use mobile ordering for Panda. I accidentally had the wrong location set. The location I intended to go to told me I have to call the establishment to cancel the order. I had to call 4 times before anyone picked up, and she had a nasty attitude. I tried to explain, spell out my name because she was having difficulty understanding the name over the phone, and then I tried to give her the order number, she cut me off mid number and started telling me she’s not going to cancel it that I have to cancel it online. It doesn’t give me an option to. Then she tells me after I explained that there was no possible way for me to cancel it after answering her multiple times on How would I cancel it, then she tells me she won’t cancel it until tomorrow, then hangs up. I understand this was not their problem, it was my fault that I selected the wrong location, but this isn’t the first time that I’ve gotten an attitude from their employees, and the food quality isn’t that great. I’m definitely not coming back.
