Food is good and they tend to be pretty fast. I know they favor their drive thru over customers that come in. It usually takes a minute or two at the most before they acknowledge customers that walk in.

My 70-year-old mother recently took my children to this location, and the experience was terrible. While she was trying to explain her order, the employee taking it belittled her and even yelled at her for not speaking quickly enough. My mom was so upset she left without finishing her order.
We will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend others avoid it until management provides proper training and ensures staff treat all customers—especially elderly ones—with respect. No one deserves to be treated with such disregard and unkindness.

This Wendy’s was gross. The employees were way understaffed and over stressed for how busy they were. It looked like someone quit while we were there so that may have been part of it which is why this is a 2 star instead of a 1 star. Food wasn’t great cause is was partially cold. Hope the managers can get their employee schedule figured out so the place is clean and the service is fast. Having an employee that only cleans tables and restocks thing during busy hours really makes a difference. Pictures show both garbage cans totally full, both ketchup dispensers totally empty. Floors super dirty, area behind cashier full of garbage. Tables dirty and garbage all over.

I’m pissed. This is the third time this has happened to me where I go to order chili cheese fries, and they either give me plain fries, or fries in cheese sauce. I hadn’t had anything to eat all day, and then they mess up my order. I asked for “chili cheese fries, light on the cheese sauce,” and they couldn’t do that apparently? Then they tried to change me for THREE of these cheese fries. I’m already home now, and don’t have time to get it fixed. I worked an eight hour shift outside, until 10 pm and all I wanted were some chili cheese fries; but I guess that is too hard for Wendy’s workers. I’m not mad, just disappointed. I want a refund.

Man, I thought Mcdonald’s had lost the plot, but this is on a whole new level. Haven’t been to wendys in 2 years, so decided to give it another try. Got a $7 “biggie” bag and i’ve never felt more scammed in my life. You get 15 fries, 4 hard cold nuggets, a 16 oz drink, and a mediocre bacon burger (bro, throw some salt and pepper on the meat, is it really that hard?). Dave Thomas is probably rolling in his grave right now. Just go across the street.

I took my grandkids to this Wendy’s and had the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I went in to order and my grandkids sat down at a table. There was no menu with prices that I could see. I had to ask questions about what was included in a kids meal and instead of answering he rudely pointed to a tiny menu on the counter. I said this doesn’t have prices. He said ya it’s a TINY menu. The man who waited on me was doing window orders at the same time. I was looking for an item that my granddaughter wanted and this is exactly how the conversation went: I point to my granddaughter and started saying : well she wants .. he interrupted me and said rudely, who is “she”? Well get her over here. I’m trying to get orders from the window and doing all this by myself. You come in here and don’t even know what you want. I can’t stand here all day while you try to decide. (There were no other customers inside.) I said “you know what? We’re good. Then we left.

I dine in at around 11:30 am on some days during my lunch break, so I have no idea what the service is like in the morning or evening. That being said, this Wendy’s is great. They get your order out FAST. Some days they call my name out before I’ve filled up my drink. Employees are pleasant, food is warm, tables are clean, just a nice location.
