We’re LA’s number one spot for the most delicious breakfast burritos, serving the Los Angeles community since 1928, Monday through Saturday, 6am until 2 pm (Saturday from 7am – 1 pm). Come try our famous breakfast burritos and don’t forget about our world famous Corner Cottage salsa: made to a secret recipe, it’s homemade, and it’s sure to deliver a kick! On Mondays through Fridays we also serve lunch, from 11am-2pm. You can choose from a mix of burritos and tacos, hot dogs and chili cheese fries, or opt for our deliciously famous lunch specials. Huge breakfast burrito. You’ll leave satisfied! I got the bacon. The sauce is hot and makes it so much better. You can get it on the side if you’re unsure on it. Yes there was a line but it wasn’t more than a 20 minute wait. The staff were friendly and even gave me some free stickers when I mentioned it was my first time here.

Ordered sausage breakfast burrito and fries. It was all basically potatoes barely any meat at. Burritos are small for the price you’re paying. Fries were soggy and they didnt give us any ketchup in our bag. However the spicy salsa was really good and fresh saldy it comes in extremely small containers and you pay extra for it. Was super disappointed because the reviews were so good. But definitely will not return feel like we were cheaped out

At one point I even worked across the street and would stop by twice a day for breakfast and lunch. When I heard the family was selling, I was crushed—I assumed the burrito I’d enjoyed for almost 30 years would change and the price would double. Boy, was I wrong.
The prices have stayed consistent and remain a great value compared to trendier breakfast burrito spots. More importantly, the taste and quality are exactly the same—it takes me right back to 1993 every time. The friendly vibe is still there too, and you can tell the new owners care about more than just the bottom line. They’re committed to carrying on the legacy of Corner Cottage in Burbank, and it shows in every bite.

Food is as deelicious as ever. The new owners are very nice. They are a food group of people and understand the following so well, they made so.e much needed upgrades.
The bottom line is now they are open 7 days a week and sell their breakfast burritos until 2pm daily.

Well worth every cent. Great value without compromising quality. Old school coffee, and newly added café de la olla to their menu.
**They accept phone orders for the peeps that don’t like lines.
**They gladly make them to order the way you want them. Ask for mods like extra meat, or less potatoes, salsa inside and out if you want.

I’ve order many times from this place , this time order completely sucked. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos. One with sausage second sausage and bacon. They ended up giving me ham and Sausage. Talked to owner Alex about it and zero customer service. Apparently to Alex who took the order bacon and ham are same because he couldn’t tell difference when you tell him on the phone bacon he think ham. And he keeps insisting that we ordered ham, in fact never in my life I’ve see ham in breakfast burrito. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EQUIVALENT TO POST OFFICE!!!!!

I love their breakfast burritos. Been coming here for years. Although the owners are newer they have made it more accessible to get in and out with online ordering. Their burritos are heavy, but eveything is customizable and don’t skip their salsa, it’s spicy and delicious and made fresh. Maybe pair it with an Orange Bang if you crave a sweet drink with it. Give it a try if you’re in the area or if you’re looking for a good breakfast burrito.

Someone recommended this place and the reviews looked legit, so I gave it a shot. Ended up waiting over an hour for a small breakfast burrito and bowl. Portions were tiny and pretty basic. The steak was thin with lots of chewy bits, my bowl lacked flavor, and the eggs had a burnt taste. Honestly, the salsa was the best part. They were super busy, not sure why, and while the staff was friendly and working hard, the food just didn’t live up to the hype. Can’t recommend it.
