My only issue was the dirty tables. It was Sunday and very busy. I’m sure this is the norm. Overall excellent experience.

I had such a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and filling without feeling heavy. I love that you can fully customize your bowl. The grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned, the roasted vegetables were cooked just right, and the hummus was super creamy. Everything tasted high quality and balanced, and the portions were generous for the price.
The staff was friendly and moved quickly even though there was a line, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. It’s definitely one of my favorite spots when I want something healthy but still really satisfying. I’ll for sure be going back!

We ordered door dash to our hotel, and the order was missing items within the bowls and the portions were extremely small. We are all still hungry and that shouldn’t be the case when ordering full bowls of grains, veggies, and protein. The bowls were not even half full, missing hummus and dressings, and the kids orders were jumbled into every partition of the plate. This was my first time trying CAVA and I won’t do it again. Lesson learned. Maybe they fill the bowls more if you stand there and watch them.

Cava is a great place for healthier meals. When I go the food is fresh, the portions are good, and the staff is always super friendly. Ryan R is usually there and has a positive attitude and making someone laugh. Definitely try this Cava out.

My Son and I come to this CAVA once to twice a week. The food is deliciously fresh and tasty. I love the spicy lamb meatballs. The staff is always helpful and polite, especially Mr. Ryan. I highly recommend visiting a CAVA, even more so the one located across from Academy Sports on Concord Mills Blvd.

I was very disappointed this place is trash!!! This is a knockoff of chipotle a black guy who works there was really rude disrespectful with no manners seemed like the manager was raising his voice and yelling while taking our order I wasn’t that far he could hear me perfectly fine unless he needs hearing aids but I let it pass then the person with me ordered he said a pita but didn’t specify what type and he just grabbed a card I am assuming it was how to make it and just started randomly making it without being told what was going to go on it and with the people next in line he suddenly changed his voice and stoped yelling this place is actual trash it’s disgusting I am never coming back here again also the food is overpriced and way less than what chipotle serves and actually has good customer service I don’t recommend this place it is a cheap knockoff of chipotle!!!

This place was sold on me as a place that serves more than Chipotle, and as a healthy option. The food was nice enough as a health option on the outside, but when ordering through the application you get a link at the end that informs you of the California proposition that requires disclosure of potentially cancerous material. Okay, so maybe California is extra cautious, but I felt like if the disclosure was needed then it would be better upfront and not afterwards.
I went here with my girlfriend, so when I downloaded and ordered off the app she ordered at the front in person. Although they told her there were no onions, I received mine, and hers was made before mine was. Not only that, they rushed her along with her order- I’m good with quick turnover and fast service, but they were rushing her in the order line while it was nowhere near busy. Also, some items were out which was not so bad but understandable if not for the fact that they also claimed to be out of an item for her but not for me.
I asked for the free pita on the app and didn’t get it, but didn’t confront them because I was done and could do without them. She never got one either.
Cava is minimally staffed and asking for utensils you get just a fork, all you need for a salad but just take note that they provide very minimally extra, probably to reduce waste and allow recyclability. That’s nice enough, so don’t expect to be able to microwave the paper takeaway bowls with plastic lid- not that you’d need to as only the meat of each dish makes sense to heat up.
There are better Cavas out there according to my girlfriend and it’s basically fast food, so if you like Cava just pick a different location.
