We came to have some time with friends and family and it was amazing and a new experience! Our server, Shay I believe, told us that with the vegetables and the meat, we had to make it ourselves but it was very easy to figure out and we really enjoyed the fact that we cooked our own food. That was really fun! Service was excellent. Everyone was super nice! Definitely would come back!

We attend every year in February and this year, portions were significantly smaller and costs had increased.
We were there over 3 hours with a super slow server who was so kind but did not check on us often. We had to wait a long time for drinks and had to look for her to check in on when they would be delivered to our table from the bar. Had to ask someone else to adjust the cooktop heat on our cold cheese fondue. She disappeared most of our visit and while a relaxed pace for 4 courses is expected, the pace and service was just “off.”
Espresso martini and pomegranate cosmos were great. Also had the new sparkling lemon drop which was very good. Bartender did a great job.
We come mostly for the cheese fondue and it was stringy, runny, and cold. For the main course for 2 people, there were only three tiny potato slices and small shrimp but the meat was really delicious.
Banana pudding fondue was really smooth and tasty.
We likely won’t come back next February and that’s disappointing.

My husband and I came here for Christmas dinner. I’ve never done fondue before, and it was delicious. Our server Ken explained everything to us so we knew what to expect. It was a fun experience to cook our meat at the table in the fondue pot. We got a variety of meat to try. The herb chicken was my favorite. Dessert was fantastic. The whole meal took about 1.5 hours, so be prepared for a leisurely experience.

The food was good, but the service completely ruined the experience. My group sat at our table for what turned into a 3 hour dinner experience while we watched multiple other parties get seated, served, and leave before us.
Our waitress claimed the kitchen was backed up, yet that clearly wasn’t the case for anyone else around us. At a restaurant where guests cook their own food at the table, it should never take an hour between courses just to bring out the food.
Overall, this was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had. The poor service overshadowed what could have been a great meal.

We (party of 3) visited for my birthday. Lori was our server. She was kind and knowledgeable. Everything was timed perfectly and needs were anticipated. The table was even decorated for the celebration. My single photo, showing the delicious desserts we took home, does not give the experience justice.

My husband and I went in for our anniversary. As always the atmosphere was wonderful, they had placed rose petals and a card on our table. The food is always so good. Cheese and chocolate are our favorite. We tried the Bacon bacon bacon fondue for the first time and had the spinach artichoke as well. The bacon one is our new favorite absolutely delicious the spinach is a classic we love. We had the yin yang chocolate for desert which is honestly the perfect combination every time. The service is always wonderful. I grew up coming to this location for birthdays and celebrations and I’m so thankful to be able to carry the tradition into my marriage.
Thank you so much to the fantastic people who make every day special. Your efforts are appreciated truly.

It was my first time here and I enjoyed everything that we ordered. The dinner for two was amazing and a good price! Our server Agnieszka, was attentive and friendly throughout our dining experience. Definitely coming back!

We went to dinner last night, 8-23-25, at the Melting Pot for my birthday. It is a place I usually really enjoy, and my husband wanted to make it special for me. My husband and I arrived on time at 8:00pm and were sat at our table within under 5 minutes. At our table there were menu’s so my husband and I started to talk about and plan our meal. It took our server 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. When he did, he apologized for the wait and told us two times he would be right with us. After about 10 more minutes, he arrived at our table to get our drink order. He stated that his handheld was broken so he had to take our order with pen and paper. At first, I was okay, things happen, people run late. I’ve worked in service so I know how it can be sometimes. We gave him our drink order, and our dinner order since we had time to look at the menu after waiting so long, then off he went. About ten minutes later, he dropped off our waters and left again. We then waited another 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. At this point we have just been sitting there with a glass of water for about 30 minutes, it is now 8:30 and server drops off our drinks and tells us he lost our order and he took it again. I was still not upset, again I understand things happen. After we got our watered down drinks, we waited another 25 minutes for our appetizer to arrive. We had now sat 55 minutes with water and a drink. At this point I was starting to get a little annoyed. No one even stopped by our table to ask if we needed more water, or drinks, or anything. Finally, at 8:55pm we had something to eat. Our server forgot to bring us plates so he rushed back to the back to get some. When he gave them to us they were dripping with water and water got my dress wet, the table wet and dripped onto our seats! I had to use my napkin to dry them off so we could use them! Our appetizer tasted okay, nothing too great. As we were still eating our appetizer, our server dropped off our salad. This was also a huge disappointment. It was clearly a salad mix that had been rinsed and was given to us wet, with a huge amount of excess water dripping from the plate. The lettuce was also wilted and brown. My husband and I didn’t eat it as it was wet and tasted gross. Next, our server brought out our entree. He dropped it off without an explanation or instructions. Good thing I had been there before and was aware of what to do. But this is what finally got me. Once again he gave us wet plates!! But not only were they wet, they were dirty!! I was so disgusted and upset at this point, I began to cry. It was my special birthday dinner with my husband and the server had completely ruined it. He took 30 minutes to get us drinks, an hour to get us an appetizer, and our entree was given to us to eat on dirty, wet plates. My husband saw that I was upset and asked for the check. We didn’t even eat our entree!! When our check came, our server charged us for the complete 4 course meal even though we didn’t eat the entree or the dessert. So my husband questioned the server and he brought out some fruit and literally on ounce of chocolate in a to go box! It was despicable. We paid our bill and left. We had spent over an hour there with the worst service we had ever received and didn’t even get to eat! It was now well after 9:30 pm and it was too late to eat at another restaurant. Please note my husband and I are very kind people, we were dressed well, and the restaurant was not very busy. I am so disheartened that my birthday dinner was ruined with poor service. We spent over $150 for two drinks, a mediocre appetizer, some wet, brown salads and entrees that were given us to eat with dirty dishes! Also, the bathroom was disgusting with dirty toilets and faucets with crusty brown stuff under the faucet handle. I have never had such a horrible dining experience in my life. I will never eat there again and I will tell all my friends and family to do the same. It is completely disheartening that we had to experience this when we were trying to celebrate a special occasion.

I am extremely disappointed in the experience my daughters and I had during our annual Valentine’s Day dinner at this location.
We made reservations for Saturday at 3:45 PM and arrived excited to continue what has become a yearly tradition for us. We have dined here before and understand that it’s typically a longer dining experience. However, this visit lasted over three hours largely due to inattentive service.
From the moment we sat down, our server treated us differently. She assumed we were using coupons (something I didn’t even know this location accepted) and her demeanor toward us felt dismissive and unwelcoming. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived, yet she moved extremely slowly with our service while appearing attentive and engaged with other tables.
Instead of personally bringing our check and thanking us, she sent the host to ask if we had coupons and to collect them because she was “too busy.” This was confusing and embarrassing, especially considering she did not appear too busy to assist other guests.
After the experience, I called to speak with management. I left a detailed message and requested a call back from the general manager. No one returned my call. When I followed up days later, I spoke with Andre, who stated he was in charge. Rather than listening, he interrupted me repeatedly, defended the server, made sarcastic comments, and ultimately hung up on me.
At no point did I mention racism, yet he brought it up himself, claiming I had said that previously — which was untrue. If that had truly been the concern, I would have expected a prompt follow-up, not silence.
What was supposed to be a meaningful annual tradition with my daughters turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I hope corporate leadership reviews how guests are treated here, especially when concerns are raised respectfully.
