My party of 4 enjoyed our meal. Having to ask for napkins and silverware that was annoying. However we powered through it. Good menu specials and value.

My husband and I went to Chili’s for the first time in several years (last time was when I was pregnant and cried because “the nachos don’t look like nachos ” ).
The server opened by asking if we would like chips and salsa, which we thought were complimentary based on the language used. We chalked the charge up to the fact that she was a slick/good server. My drink had a slight chemical flavor. The food came shortly after and was pretty tasty. We both enjoyed our meals.
There was a pretty significant issue with our experience that was quickly resolved and compensated appropriately. Overall, a decent experience, but I’m not sure we’ll be returning anytime soon.

The triple dipper and the shrimp fajitas were literally amazing. I will definitely be coming back. I love the atmosphere as well as my server and in total it’s a 1000 out of 10.

Let me just say this….it smelled like pee! As soon as you walk in you can smell it.
We decided to stick it out. Our kids were cranky and hungry.
Where we were seated in the restaurant didn’t smell as bad.
Our waitress was nice, but very soft spoken.
Luckily our food wasn’t the worst.
My Bacon Burger and fries were good.
The kids meals had a good amount of food.
The overall experience was not the worst. But the smell was not appealing. Not sure if we’ll be back again.

This place is awesome. The food was served hot and cooked to perfection. The wait staff could not have been any nicer and professional. The prices were very fair as well. 100% would recommend if you are in the area.

This location has some seriously amazing servers. Our last 3 visits have all been with different servers, and they each have been so welcoming and on their game that you can’t help but want to return for that kind of great service. The Honey Chipotle Mozzarella Sticks are my new weekly obsession (and you already know you have some of the best ranch in the game to go with them). In the day and age of cut corners and half-assed customer service, massive props to this Chili’s location for staying consistent and always getting it right.
Side note, they seem to always have a host at the door (at least during busy times when we tend to visit) which is increasingly rare with so many restaurants cutting their labor budgets down to skeletons. Chili’s seems to be investing in staffing (6+ servers working/cleaning/rocking it during our last visit) compared to a few years back, and it shows big-time. If only I could tag a few dozen other restaurants so maybe they’d take the hint too…

Update ! Was a 2 and then a 5. So a 4. Almost back to a 5!
They did a nice job bringing this place back. Went again yesterday to try it out and the server was amazing and the manager was awesome. Felt like a king. The drinks were excellent and the food was excellent. With great prices and special too. Loved our time. Thanks Chili’s!
Place has gone so down hill with regards to consistency, freshness and overall taste. Go for 4 things. ONLY! 1. Chips and Salsa. There salsa and homemade chips are still some of the best around. 2. The winged buffalo wings, which have decreased in size over the years. Taste is still there..good sauce. 3. The nachos. Love the single jalapeno on the top of each and 4. The liquor specials. That’s it

Best chilis we’ve been too! My kids and I went here yesterday and the food was the best I’ve had at any chilis, as well as my kiddos. Every single staff member was so nice, friendly, attentive and had smiles on their faces. This was such a pleasant experience for a last minute stop at Chilis!
