A tasty classic road stop. Phil’s Frosty has LOADS of options on their menu and the young lady who helped us was kind and quick. Our food came fast and was as predicted, delicious! The milkshake did nail the coconut crème flavor well and my polish dog was crisp on the outside but juicy and soft inside. Overall, great experience!

We have stopped twice now for ice cream over the last 6 months. Ice cream is good with large variety and service is quick. It’s awkward ordering outside because you can’t see in to the person taking the order, but once you get used to talking to a mesh screen that hands you ice cream it’s all good.

I stopped by just after 4 pm. It must have been at least 95* outside. The restaurant was packed inside. I ordered a large soft serve ice cream vanilla and chocolate swirl and sat outside in the shaded seating area. This hit the spot on a very hot day.
This restaurant looks like a good spot for burgers, fries and milkshakes. The food isn’t healthy, but the prices are fair and the workers are respectful and prompt.

I don’t even want to give it 1 star.
I went here about 2 weeks ago. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, the girl, and I say girl, was rude, disrespectful, and had no sense of customer service. No greeting no nothing. She got behind the counter and very rudely asked what I wanted, like I was inconveniencing her. I told her and she snubbed her nose and walked off. When I payed, she pulled the card out of my hand and then threw it across the counter when she was done.
I went in today and got the same service from a completely different little girl. Seriously???
These little girls think that they are superior to those around them. Management seems to think that “skinny” is the only way to be and since I’ve been living in Oregon, I have never seen any males or anyone over 110 pounds. Sounds like management needs some training on discrimination.
I sure as HELL will not be going back there EVER AGAIN.

Ordered the small salad from the menu, with all the toppings but no tomato. Received no toppings except only tomatoes on a bed of shredded ice berg lettuce with hot grilled ham on top. When asked to correct the order, there was attitude about it. They hand picked the tomatoes off and smothered it in shredded cheese and barely any other toppings. No fork or dressing was ever served. Inedible. The rest of the food and milkshakes were pretty middle of the road.

Really good burgers fries where great too. They don’t salt them there are salt shakers right at window ama on table. Soft serve huge i started on it cause it was 100° out. But this was a baby the smallest em’s it was huge. And lactose free.

6.3.24 stopped in for late lunch after hiking. This place is a must stop. Wife and I each ordered double big burger and split a small fries and later ordered 2 SMALL ice creams. Burgers and fries were made to order and very good. The ice creams were awesome and huge. Cone was espresso madness and Blackberry Revel, cup was chocolate peanut butter and cookie dough. Staff is friendly and professional.

Food was good, average service but I was disappointed to see so many images depicting supporting our troops if they don’t actually support veterans.
They don’t offer veteran or military discounts. Take a look at the decor photos I’m posting. These are only 2 of MANY similar images that were displayed throughout the restaurant. Veterans, especially POW/MIA are NOT decorations.
Don’t post POW/MIA imagery and then not actually support wartime veterans. If you are going for patriotic 4th of July, great, do red/white,/blue but leave your lip service “support” for our military out of it if you don’t actually support us.

Food is great. The ladies that work behind the counter are very rude. I’ve been multiple times & they’ve treated customers the same way each time, so this last visit was my last. The food isn’t worth the treatment. One girl told a customer – can’t you read the sign that says order outside? I was told I needed to open my eyes and look at the tables when I asked for napkins, FYI, there were no napkins outside. I also watched one of the ladies be downright rude with a gentleman that was hearing impaired.
I used to always stop for a burger and malt when I was in the area, but no more.
