My friend and I each ordered a classic beef and cheddar combo he read it back to us and we received roast beef classic combos. No cheese and no red ranch. Instead of fixing the issue by remaking the order they gave us cups of cheese sauce to dip our sandwiches in. I work fast food. Used to work at Arby’s. This is not how business is typically handled.

Drive through is tight. If you have long vehicals or big trucks. Might not want to do that drive through. But good service! Potatoe cakes tasted weird!

The staff were standing around on their phones, I had to ask if they were open and the girl had to go ask someone. They started playing rap music very loud from the back. One kid was talking about how he’s gonna get some later tonight. I waited 20 minutes for 4 beef sandwiches. Very unprofessional customer service.

It’s Arby’s. If you like Arby’s then you’ll like it. Only thing I’m not fond of is the drive-thru setup, but it’s attached to a gas station so they did the best with what they have.
