The dividing wall… I know they want you to use the kiosk to order, but I got my food and there was no fork in the bag to eat my biscuit and gravy. I stood there for about 8 minutes… behind an older couple that didn’t know how to use the kiosk. They gave up and left the older lady said this isn’t very personable or pleasant. My food got cold while I was waiting for someone to appear from the behind the wall to even ask for a fork. They should have utensils out for people that way the employees don’t have to worry with it. But maybe they need a service button that can only be turned off if an employee comes up to the front counter to help… since this design is hiding the employees from the customers. Definitely causing them to lose business just in my time there I saw 3 people give up and leave.

I ordered a Chicken McGriddle meal with a medium hot chocolate. After waiting 12+ minutes for the order, you’d think the food would be correct but no. The hot chocolate I ordered ended up being 90% hot milk, and the Chicken McGriddle turned out to be a chicken biscuit. Even though on the grill slip it clearly reads “Crispy Ckn Griddle”. I’d recommend going to any other McDonald’s in the area. Waiting as long as I did only for multiple parts of the order to be incorrect is ridiculous.

girls at the counter flirted with my wife and proceeded to ask her did she want her coworker. simply distasteful & i was on the phone the entire interaction. these girls either need to leave the McDonald’s establishment or they need to be re-trained on how to be appropriate with customer and employee interactions. There is no way whatsoever in any world in any lifetime is appropriate to flirt with my wife, regardless of her being attractive or not, I know my wife is beautiful but you’re at work & that’s not appropriate.

Went to this McDonald’s and placed an order for an ice cream cone at 12:33. It took someone 15 minutes to come out and tell me that the ice cream machine was broken. IMMEDIATELY IRRITATED. Asked the “manager” (short, locs, wearing nasty beanie ) why did it take 15 minutes for someone to come out and let us know that the ice cream machine was broken. She then placed the blame on a new employee named AJ saying that he just came and told her that the ice cream machine was broken. Mind you, I have been looking at him running back and forth outside taking people their orders as i listen to her yelling at other employees in the back. Then i ask what am i supposed to do if i used my points on the app, with an attitude she decides to say “you gone have to contact customer service online” then proceed to just start helping someone else. Which is extremely rude , if I didn’t place my order online .. then why am i going to wait 3 to 5 days to get some type of resolution. At this point Im completely irritated and i start cussing . She continues to tell me that it’s the new employee fault as if the orders don’t pop up on the screen back there . As the manager , why are you continuing to blame this new employee like you aren’t the one training him? So apparently she doesn’t know how to properly train her employees either . When asked for her name she continues to sit here and ignore me , asked AJ for her name he decided to claim he doesn’t know . As if she didn’t just throw him under the bus saying that it’s his fault nobody was informed about the ice cream machine being broken. If she doesn’t like her Job then she needs to be working AT ALL. If this is how yall train your managers to act then yall need to do better .

I’m still upset about what just happened. Ordered a combo with a lemonade for dine in and ordered table service thru the app. Guy comes out screaming the order number (ticket obviously states table #). He obviously wanted me to come to the counter so he didn’t have to walk 20 feet.

When he gets to our table, the food is bagged up. Which is fine. But then he tells me that ‘they ran out of trays’. Explain to me how that happens, comrade. I notice the lemonade that I ordered looks strangely like…water? I ask him about it. He says ‘OH YEA ITS A NEW TYPE OF LEMONADE’. I try it while he stands there. It’s literally water that someone sprayed lemon juice in. After he asked if I wanted something else (which is maybe what he should have done in the first place) I told him absolutely not. Not trusting them to not do something to my drink after that.

What is the point of ordering on the app? I literally ordered my food 15 minutes before I arrived because I had somewhere to be. I got to the drive through, gave my code and they told me to pull up. When I got to the window they acted as if they had never seen my order. I was asked to pull up where I waited another 8 minutes only for them to bring me half of my order (The missing happy meal was clearly listed on the receipt that was stuck to the bag.) I waited again and when they finally brought it, the happy meal was missing the apples which I didn’t have time to correct because I had to go! So now I will have to stop at another McDonald’s to buy some apples after I pick up my child because those are her favorite part of the happy meal. Just an all around aggravating experience mainly because of nonchalance of the team.

I pulled into the drive through at around 11 pm. my order was quickly take and I pulled around to the first window and paid for my meal. I then pulled to the next window where a worker asked me to pay. I informed the worker that I had already paid to which he said “well I didn’t take it”. The girl who took my payment at the first window then comes up to the second window and begins to question me on if I really paid which again, I had just paid at the first window and the same girl who took my payment just a few minutes before didn’t seem to realize that. But I was like you know maybe they’ve just had a long day. Once the matter was settled I was directed to pull forward. Fine. I had a larger order and there were cars behind me. At this point it’s around 11:05. Some time passes and I’m still sitting in the spot 5 minutes later. Two other cars that were behind me are also directed to pull off. At this point it is now almost 11:15 and there are no cars in the line AT ALL anymore. The only cars are myself and the other two cars I mentioned. At this point I hear the side door open and the man from the second window who first tried to to say I dint pay comes out with a bag of food and he asks me what my order was and I repeat it back to him. He tells me sorry this food isn’t mine but it’s coming and he leaves. A few minutes later the door opens again and the girl from both windows come out with two bags of food. That food also isn’t mine and but it’s the two other cars that again WERE IN LINE BEHIND ME and were also directed to pull off. At this point it has been 20 minutes since my order was placed and every car that came in the line behind me has received their food. The lady then tells me that she’s sorry for my wait and my food is coming. Ok yall said that 10 minutes ago. At around 11:22 the lady comes back out with my food bag. I go to look inside and I’m missing my two large fries. I then had to wait for them to give me my fries. By the time I pulled out of the drive through it was 11:25/11:30. And then the food was not fresh and was lukewarm at best. Needless to say I WILL NOT be returning EVER and am still considered contacting someone at a higher level about my experience because not only did I waste 30 minutes of my life and my money for some fries, snack wraps, and chicken nuggets that weren’t worth any of it but the male employee told me he’d be high all day. To each their own but you’re dealing with people’s food and speaking to them and that’s what you tell them? No thank you. The only thing I wish I had done besides never pulled into the drive through was go ask for my money back.

Great staff. I’m impressed with how quickly I received my meal today. It was a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle with a free hash brown.

Earlier this week, at this location, I ordered an ice water, they charged me $0.80, and I waited quite a while for it (it felt like 5 minutes, just for an ice water) and the staff assured me they didn’t forget about me. It was very busy that day!

Why you parking cars and not busy? Being a former crew trainer at McDonalds….get your people together. Drive thru is empty with 2 cars parked for a frozen McCafe drink and I am parked waiting on a Big Mac Meal and 2 Double Cheese Burgers with fries and nuggets. 5 mins to get items. Probably cleared the cue and used receipt to make drive thru look efficient.

Place is decent and clean. Nice area away from most residential sections. They are super slow at the drive through if you order a item thats not near ready. You will sit in your car for around 10 minutes every single time. Fast food is supposed to be fast, not pull up, parking, and wait 10 additional minutes.
