Waited over 30 minutes for a 3 pcs chicken tender with a biscuit and 2 orders of mashed potatoes , they told us to pull forward with no indication of how long the food will take . we wait 20 mins someone else pulls in front of us waits just as long but no one else has ordered or in the store , my fiancé goes inside and waits even longer so I’m confused as to why it takes over 30 minutes for that order . Also why did I wait 30 minutes for chicken that’s this small and taste bad ? Be sooo fr ♀️ just in that kitchen playing at this point cause why am I spending money for this ?! Stop hiring teenagers that don’t care about customer service it’s so embarrassing for the company

I order from this location at least once a week. The staff members and the food keeps me coming back every week. Is my order always perfect? No. But what is perfect every week is the customer service. They work hard to make sure every customer experience is great. Any concerns are addressed immediately.

I don’t know why my signature hot wings taste like cinnamon but other than that food was great. Update: there was cinnamon all at the bottom of my plate… they’re lucky I order through the app because I surely would’ve complained in person.

Went to the line Oct 5th at 7pm….the guy working the drive thru never responded so we drove to the window and asked can we order. He said sure sure, what can I get for you. We said 8 piece dinner with 2 breast and all wings . He said they only sell the 8 piece as it comes. He said they have to save their pieces for all customers ( keep in mind…2 ppl in line, 2 ppl in the store..with a fairly large location. I said that doesn’t sound right let me speak to the manager. Manager advised that they were low on wings. That sounds reasonable and she helped us. Told the guy what to do….. He said that we could pull up and after waiting 5 minutes with an empty store I walked in 2c what’s the hold up….the lady said oh it will be 12 minutes we just dropped fresh ckn. They usually ask if we have time to wait not here tho… I told the lady thanks for letting us know…… Never going back to the spot…. The overall rating was 2.6 I see why

Hi, I had a wonderful experience at this location. The service was great and the staff had a great attitude. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door. The food was fresh and the restaurant was very clean. I will definitely be back and recommend this location to my friends and family. I wish all stores ran like this

Waited 30 mins on 12 wings at 10pm. Worst Popeyes experience ever. Waited 20 mins inside the car after going drive through, and I had to go inside to check what is going on. And realized they just started frying wings after I reminded them that I was waiting. I’m def not visiting this place again. If you see previous reviews here, people are having same issues, and this place is not willing to improve anything. Shame

This restaurant gives Popeye’s chicken sandwich a bad name. I really wish I would have taken pictures. The sandwich was dry and frankly unpresentable. Because I was hungry I ate it anyway but it was so dry I couldn’t even finish it I wasted my money. The dirty rice was bone dry I’ve never experienced anything like that
My husband asked if he could mix up the 3 piece. They told him that the three-piece came with a leg of wing and a thigh.
He only wanted two legs and a thigh. When he opened up the box he had a thigh a wing and a breast.. What the! My husband does not like the breast
Had I saw the 2.6 star rating in advance I would have told him not to stop at this popeyes.
Instead of management constantly apologizing for the inconvenience that a customer experiences they should work on making this particular Popeyes better.
It’s the closest Popeyes to our new home but this will be the last visit there. This Popeyes Feffed-up the best chicken sandwich on the planet.

Really disappointed with this Popeyes location. The food quality was bad and the flavor was surprisingly bland. The bread was completely soggy, and the chicken had a weird taste to it. The individual chicken pieces seemed fresh, but still had no seasoning or flavor. On top of that, I ordered a 5-piece combo and they only gave me 4 pieces. For the price, this was definitely not worth it. Won’t be coming back.

The owner does not care how bad the restaurant is just look at all the negative reviews. This is the worst place I’ve been to in my whole life. Always never fails to disappoint over the years I’ve been going there. Wanted to order a dark 3 piece combo was told all they have is breasts. This is in the early evening. You’re telling me there’s no other pieces of chicken back in the freezer? So I asked if I could have the popcorn shrimp instead and was told that there was going to be a long wait if I ordered that. So I ended up taking the breasts even though I hate them. This is not the 1st time this has happened the last time I was told all they had was breasts until they finally decided they would cook some more chicken. I also ordered the mango lemonade and when they gave it to me it looked just like the regular minute maid lemonade. I asked the guy is this right and he flat out lied to me and said yes that’s the mango lemonade. I made the mistake of not tasting it then and there and only found when I got home that it wasn’t even the premium lemonade just the disgusting minute maid version. I’m getting really tired of this store location. It is absolutely the worst restaurant that I’ve been too and unfortunately there’s no other Popeyes, Bojangles, or Church’s nearby. The drive thru is almost always broken and the wait it usually at least 20 minutes. When you try and order something they tell you it’s out of stock and the workers always have the worst attitude. Will someone please do something to fix this location please! It’s so horrible!! Just check the other reviews on Google. Why does Popeyes not care about this store location?? It’s been like this for years now!!
