My burger was raw and not sure how much I ate before I realized I am pregnant so I’m not so happy about this… i tried calling the store multiple times and no answer..

We weren’t impressed. The food was good but the card reader didn’t work so the young lady had to take my card inside. No refill on drinks and to feed two people fast food hamburgers it was over $22. Drive up, do it yourself, no thanks.

Went through drivethru and waited forever, really wanted to try the dill pickle meal, other people in the drive though kept leaving, it wasn’t even that busy, smh, then after all that the food wasn’t good at all, didn’t finish any of it, burger was dried out, fried pickle chips on burger were stale and chewy, people working the window weren’t very nice and they were playing on their phones a lot, will never go back again honestly.

Overall, we enjoyed it. Two negatives- Texas bread instead of toast (is it even supposed to be toasted??) and we got 2 sides of queso instead of the queso wraps we ordered. Somehow we missed that when going over the order but didn’t complain/correct it, just left it as it was. We would come back, however!

Ordered online 3 chili dogs with onions and mustard……says be ready by 602pm get there at 602pm and have to wait for 15 minutes for 3 hours dogs! Then I’m being told they are out of mustard! How? Got to my destination like 3 minutes away and the chili and cheese and onions were all off the hot dogs and of course no mustard! Really disappointed tonight!

Even with tons of customers, the staff were very hard at work, pumping out our food with a quickness. Our server apologized for our little bit of a longer wait time for our slushies. But, my husband & I assured her, that she’s just fine and to not worry about it. Our Specialty Black Out Slushie’s looked impeccable, and tasted as Delectable as they appeared. We tried waiting for a taste test during our short drive home, but, our taste buds wanted what they wanted. And, so we caved. The Verdict was a icey, ice creamy, sprinkly 10. This was not our 1st, or last Sonic drive in visit, and we look forward to enjoying more Sonic drive in goodness in our near future.

You never know what kind of day any type service employee has had or is currently having. Our patience and kindness can, & does go a long way. And, remember, it only takes a few seconds to tell your server that they’re doing a good job and assure them they will be just fine

Get service… few minute wait due to alot of customers… but worth it. Food was great and the strawberry shake was even better… would recommend on any day

After sitting in the carport for 23 min with no response and NO other cars I decided to join the drive thru line because clearly that’s their only priority. Well, 11inutes in to drive thru and I’m still here. I already know to only come here and get drinks bc I’ve learned my lesson about eating from here. Literally, go ANYWHERE else but here.
