I love the food. I love the atmosphere. I’ve been coming here on and off for Five years five Only place I can Think of that has such good food served until 130. The drinks are also well, worth the price tons of special Going on very frequently, I will say service sometimes leaves a lot to be desired I like to think I’m a regular here More times than not Asia who is not a Server always comes over to check on me and make sure I’m doing good. Gives me whatever I need. Please make her a server because she would just kill it!!! Regardless of that, I’m a repeat customer because the food and drinks make this place well worth going to

Working out of town and we are getting off at 12:30 a.m. not many places open at that time but we decided to give this place a chance and we are so glad we did. The food is absolutely amazing. Nice grown-up type of place. A few video games and a pool table. Plenty of tvs to watch. Laid back type of atmosphere. Service was fast and the food was good. My southwest chicken wrap was very satisfying. The fried pickles were my favorite. They have a few seafood dishes I’d like to try. We will definitely be going back!

This is me and my girlfriends spot when it comes to our date nights. The food is excellent and service is great. Specifically Asia she always does us right and helps us in anyway she can. She would make a great server! Overall, I am always satisfied with hefs Including their bar. And don’t get me started with those lemon pepper wings!!

Always good. We have been coming here for years for the wings and nachos and it never disappoints. Beer is always so good and cold. Service is always great. David was especially attentive tonight. Great spot to have a date night or watch the game!!

**Discrimination**
On November 6, I visited this establishment and met my family here, who had recommended it.
Upon entering, we were seated at a table. I approached the bar to inquire about the menu. However, I was greeted with hostility and an unpleasant attitude. I had my service animal with me, and we use a belt leash. In an aggressive manner, the bartender informed me that dogs are not permitted. I explained that my dog is a service animal, but she remained unmoved. She reiterated that dogs are not allowed.
I requested a manger and proceeded to sit down with my family, waiting for my family’s arrival. A waiter approached us and apologized for the treatment we had received. However, the manger then informed me that dogs are not allowed. I reiterated that my dog is a service animal, but the manager responded that he had an incident with a customer and their dog, and that the dog had urinated on the floor. This is the reason for his no-dog policy.
I explained that the manager’s actions were in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Meanwhile, my dog remained silent and was by my side at all times, under control. For this reason, I am compelled to give this establishment only one star.

My food was delicious. Nice size wings and the wings were fried just right (asked for fried hard wings). The portion size for a side of fries was good too. I had gotten chipotle bbq wings and regular wings with no sauce. I will definitely be coming back.

Cutting through from Independence blvd on Sardis rd towards Monroe rd. I noticed an outdoor seating area with the patrons having a bite to eat and/or a cocktail as well. Just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather.
One quick u-turn later, I was pulling into the parking lot and checking out the nautical themed exterior.
Leilani, the floor manager seated me at a very comfortable table, with excellent cushion and padding in the seats. There were TVs everywhere, with the volume kept at a very comfortable level. You could have a very nice conversation without the TVs volume disturbing you.
The nautical theme extended to every part of the interior as well.
My wait persons name was New. She was a very charismatic, pleasant and personable individual, who is very good at her profession.
I started with the raw oysters and I thoroughly enjoyed every single one of them. A nice portion of horseradish, cocktail sauce, sliced lemons and crackers accompanied the oysters. And they remained chilled, served on a tray in a bed of ice.
For my dinner, I had the grilled shrimp wraps. This meal came with a choice of side. I had the garden salad with Italian dressing. In and of itself, and excellent choice. Everything in the salad was fresh and crisp. The wrap was nicely toasted on the outside and held together the interior of the wrap very well.
One thing that I have to make sure and mention is; that instead of having to hunt for tiny pieces of shrimp. This wrap had plenty of grilled shrimp tucked away inside. So many that, I ended up with 5 shrimp on my dinner plate after I had finished eating the wraps.
Not only was the food exceptional, but the price points were quite a bit more reasonable than I expected from a seafood establishment. A very pleasant and welcome surprise.
If this establishment was located on the coast, it would be promoted as a upscale dining experience.
I for one am very appreciative that it’s here in Charlotte NC.
Take the time and make the drive. It’s well worth your while.
The ambiance was low key and relaxing. Very good vibes as soon as I entered the restaurant.
Not counting the outdoor dining area, the interior of the restaurant has enough seating for any size party. The restaurant is nicely laid out and expansive, but you can still have that feeling of intimacy when dining.
They have a number of events coming up shortly.
The restaurant and restrooms were exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Everything is handicap accessible.
Shortly before leaving, I spoke with the manager for a short while. A very pleasant and professional individual. He struck me as someone who cares a great deal about the customers, clientele, staff members and your overall dining experience.

My experience was very average at least the manager swept in and gave good service after our waiter was no where to be found. The food was really good and I liked the place. I’ll just say maybe it was a bad night. I’ll definitely go again. My drink was awesome it’s called liquid marijuana. The grilled oysters was good too….update. so this is the third time I have been here and the food is still good but the service is the worst. I guess they don’t care when they take 18% gratuity automatically. I mean service is extremely bad had to knock off some atmosphere points too
