A very good option for halal chicken place. Open late night . Have plenty of seating area . Fried Chicken is always fresh . Have a ATM inside . Restroom are usually locked have to ask for key . Have some parking spot outside. Employees were friendly. Interior was nice and clean .

I visited the tex,s store at centereach on my way to office to have food. The ambience and the cleanliness was my first impression when i entered the store. I was greeted by the lovely smiles of two ladies named Mahnoor and Bushra. The order was quick, the food especially fiery wings and spicy fried chicken was hot , fresh and delicious. The customer service was upto the mark and i will share my experience with my friends so they can visit too. Overall i give 10 stars to the service food and cleanliness and will love to visit again.

Cashier Faisal and the head chef in the back i believe his name is Qadeem or qadeer something like that. are outright incompetent. Feel like Texas is hiring anyone who walks in without even doing an evaluation of someone’s public relations skills. Chef took 30 minutes to fry up five measly tenders on two separate occasions while they were not busy at. And still after taking all this time and not listening to front of house staff because he has AirPods in and can’t hear what anyone is communicating to him the tenders came out undercooked and soggy. After i complained about it the head chef came up to me and said “no one asked you to order here go somewhere else”. This place used to be very good. I don’t know if it’s new managers and owners of this restaurant but they seem to be digging this place into the ground with lack of service, disprespectful staff and poor management. At this point I wouldn’t even serve this food to stray animals

So I’m super torn about this because the taste was phenomenal . I loved spicy breading and seasonings. But I have never seen such small pieces of chicken in all my life. I think in a ten piece I maybe got two pieces that were what I would consider an average size. For me if the chicken wasn’t so small this be an easy 5 star. All though the flavor is there and chickens good I can go just about any where get decently sized chicken for the same price

I had such a horrible experience picking up my order. I came in 11/15, at 840pm to pick up 2 4for$5. There was a guy with dark curly hair that helped me his name was Mehdi. He was extremely rude. I walked in to the store and was waiting on line to be helped. He looked back at the online order on the screen, scoffed, and said “Hah! All thighs. thats funny” (in full sarcasm and rudeness). He did not know it was my order up until i said that i was picking up that order. He proceeded to have a little attitude after that. He prepared another customer’s order and slammed the bag on the counter. The box of chicken fell on the floor on the opposite side of the counter and Mehdi just brushed it off and said “Sorry it just flipped over sir” And proceeded to put the box back in the bag. The customer seemed visibly annoyed and confused that that was his reaction to his mistake. Only then was when Mehdi offered him a new box of chicken. To which the guy just brushed it off and said “it’s fine”. Mehdi seemed annoyed that that had happened. Myself and another customer that was waiting looked at him in disbelief because Mehdi was not at all in a nice attitude or apologetic about the situation.
I hope he has a better day, but that was absolutely not the right way to treat customers who have paid for a meal. From scoffing at my order without knowing i was there, to not being apologetic about dropping someone else’s food on the floor. I hope the owners of this place find time to have a conversation with Mehdi or act on this situation.
