Did a cool little thing today I sent a message to the McDonald’s rewards app suggesting they add an egg biscuit option instead of only a sausage biscuit for the free reward. As a Muslim, I don’t eat pork, so having an egg option would be really nice. The staff were super kind about it, and it just felt good to share the idea. Who knows, maybe one day the app will let us choose egg instead ✨ Small thing, but it made my day.

Not bad. You get what you pay for at McDonalds. The same everywhere. Drive thru was typical and no different than other McDonalds in Bismarck. Drive thru person was nice and took our order accurately. Paid for our food in a reasonable amount of time and left. No hassle or problems.

I order a mocha frappe several times a week and this is the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. It melted by the time I got home and put the straw in. So it was like chocolate milk with whipped cream on top.

I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit to your location. We stopped at the first window to pay for our order, but no one responded, so we moved forward to the next window. When we got there, we were informed that our order had been canceled. We explained that there was no response at the first window.
The night-time manager, Ashley, responded very abruptly, saying “THERE WAS SOMEONE THERE! HE’S BEEN THERE ALL NIGHT!” in a harsh tone. Even the worker at the window seemed to notice the way she spoke to us. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that no one else has to feel that way during their visit. A little kindness and understanding go a long way, especially in customer service.

Kiosk suck to order at and what is the difference if someone takes your order or shows you how to use the kiosk. Luckily for McDonald’s my kid loves the place or I would never walk into one of these ever again!

Lazy employees that rarely want to do their job early in the morning. Have placed multiple online orders early in the AM when I get off work and they say they can only take cash because their system can’t pull up my order but when I ask them to cancel it they sure could find it and do it when I left the drive through. Please hire better workers this is very frustrating for people who just worked long shifts working a real job and just want to eat.

Ordered online got to the drive thru and my order wasn’t pulled. It was lunchtime on a Sunday they were busy so I had to pull ahead to wait no big deal. We waited for a while before I decided to just go inside and see what the situation was. A woman I’d assume the shift manager was just bringing my order out and she was sincerely apologetic and very good about explaining what had happened. The original was fresh and correct and the service was decent. It’s amazing what a little communication can do.
