I had a fantastic first experience at Pollo tropical thanks to one exceptional worker/manager, named Travis.
From the moment I walked in, he greeted the customers with a friendly attitude and made sure everyone felt welcomed.
You could immediately tell he cared about both team members and customers. He handled the busy rush with impressive professionalism, he kept the line moving, checking on orders and making sure everything was accurate and fresh. What stood out the most was how he supported his staff while still giving great attention to customers. The restaurant was clean, organized, running smoothly under the leadership of Travis.
It’s rare to see someone balance great customer service with strong management skills, but he did it effortlessly. His positive energy really made the whole experience better, employees like this are a huge asset to Pollo tropical and he definitely deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does.

Whenever I’m in South Florida, I have to pay Pollo Tropical a visit. This time I had a trio combo with steak,1/4 chicken, pulled pork, and black beans & white rice. The steak and chicken were good, but the pork left much to be desired. I tried putting the pineapple rum sauce on it, but it was still bland. I wouldn’t get the pulled pork again. Seeing them grilling chicken as I pulled up to the drive through windows was an awesome site to see.

Fabiola is truly an exceptional manager. Even during the most stressful and busy moments, her light shines. She leads with joy, confidence, and grace. You can see how she supports her team—running both the kitchen and the front smoothly while still providing outstanding customer service.

Honestly, I think this place is great. I have ordered from here many times and have had nothing but good experiences. One time they forgot my rolls on the family meal duo, but no one is perfect. I will say they have been nothing but friendly and accommodating, whether I am in the drive-thru or order in. Highly recommend this place.

All the Hispanics were missing, not that I am racist but the staff was unprofessional. Yelling over the food. Attitude sucks and the food wasn’t the same as it used to be, it was awful and I guess they were rationing the portions. 2 customers was complaining as well. I usefully donon Fridays after work. I went today it was empty but there was still chaos because they got one of the customer order wrong He was not happy I ordered 2 trophytrops and they were awful the it consisted of brown rice which wasn’t cooked properly not to mention it looked like they were putting white rice and realized it was the wrong rice so the scooped it out added the brown rice still showing some of the white rice in the container l, the vegetables was only a small amount of sweet corn some onions and red peppers. The meat was dry and stringy. The soup which was supposed to get chicken soup. Didn’t taste like chicken soup. The last one was better. Needless to say I will not be going back there. This is the 3rd bad experience I’ve had since last month

The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. My order was incorrect, and when I politely asked to fix it, the employee acted annoyed instead of apologizing. There was no sense of urgency, no courtesy, and no effort to make things right. It felt like customer satisfaction simply didn’t matter.

Great experience at this location. When I walked Fabiola asked what I was here for she was extremely helpful and very attentive. This location seems to be much quicker compared to others. I’d highly recommend this establishment to others. Keep up the great work Fabiola and team!

Very hectic atmosphere they are always yelling at each other in order to communicate very chaotic when I got down to place my order because the line to go order was very very long. I just feel that they can do so much better than being clean in the inside as well as more efficient if they had better communication skillsall employees seemed a little bit on edge. They had a new girl in the window and it was taking so long I had to get down to actually place an order with an additional 20 minutes. It was a hot mess.

I was there on Feb 21 for dinner , mgr was super helpful and confirm for us that chicken is Halal , had it for for time . Food was amazing and words has spears that they have halal chicken supplier !!
