Great local eatery, stopped by this weekend and josh took great care of us. Had pretty much everything except oysters. We tried most of the familiar plates for a Seafood spot. I wish they would sell Hush Puppies as an appetizer for that awesome spicy aioli sauce they great you with.

This a very welcoming place to eat. From the moment we stepped in the establishment we were acknowledged immediately and sat immediately.
Our server Josh was so nice and attentive. We hadn’t even been sitting down for a 1 min and he had already welcomed us and told us he would be with us in a minute. He was so patient, friendly and nice. He answered all our questions without frustration or rush. Absolutely recommend this place. We went there for our 15 year anniversary dinner. It was a great choice! Will return with our entire family.

We stopped here on our way home to Oklahoma from South Padre Island and I’m so glad we did. It was outstanding! The homemade tartar sauce was so good I really wish I had the recipe. The shrimp was lightly breaded and the best we’d ever had and the oysters were so good on my po boy. This stop was totally worth going out of our way to get to and will now be a stop anytime we are in the area.

Absolutely loved our visit to Baffin Bay Seafood! The fish, shrimp, and fries were piping hot and incredibly delicious—everything was cooked to perfection. You can tell it’s fresh and made with care. Big shoutout to Joshua, who took really good care of us with friendly and attentive service. The whole experience was top-notch—great food, great service, and a laid-back coastal vibe. Great service, and the food; oh finger licking good!! Not literally because they will give a fork to eat your food with. But this little hide away seafood restaurant is worth driving out there for. I ordered an avacado salad as a starter. My main was a ribeye with a baked potato and onion rings. He had the stuffed jalapeño peppers and his main was the seafood combo platter with a baked potato and cole slaw. The food was amazing and I highly recommend this place. Great customer service and very clean place. Great view worth the drive to Rivera Texas.

We were here for Valentine’s Day 2025, so it was very busy. In spite of that, our order came out quickly and cooked to perfection. Our server was wonderful. The view, overlooking Baffin Bay, is awesome even in February. I had the fried oysters and my husband had the seafood platter. Like I said, everything was cooked to perfection!
