Cathy and all the crew of Wednesday mid-afternoons deserve a round of applause.
I don’t think it’s mentioned enough how much we the customers mess up. And we did this time. Cathy was so understanding and nice. I can’t say enough kind words to honestly express how great the overall interaction was.
People will get on here and chew people out over the simplest mistakes but rarely will tell people how awesome things are. So here I am. Thank you Cathy and Crew! Keep being great and putting good vibes into the universe.

This is a “loaded” Italian sandwich? You can get larger one’s at gas stations. Such a disappointing size for a “loaded” sandwich.

I guess it’s my fault since I came during lunch hour. The workers did mention to each other that “they were getting hit”. We were also told that “someone will be with us shortly…or not”. I am a bit confused why the service was so chaotic when there were AMPLE amount of workers on the back line, front line and drive-thru. Service was poor with lack of customer service. Took a long time to get ordered or our food. And, my order was wrong. Including the fact that my fries were half and half, which is not what I ordered.

A very wonderful Arby’s to eat at. The sweet gal taking our order was wonderful! Food came out hot, delicious, and fresh. This place is clean! You must absolutely stop in to this Arby’s!!!

I sit & wait 15 minutes for my order just to get home & it be the regular onion bun & not a sesame bun like I requested (I said it twice through the drive through speaker, too). I drive back & ask for my sandwich to be made the way I asked & so they remade it, however all my sides were now cold but that’s fine I have a microwave. Until I finish my sides & open up my sandwich to find that it yet again was made incorrectly with an onion bun. I’m sorry but that’s honestly ridiculous. Also, if you don’t want to work at Arby’s don’t work there. If you do, you ought to know how to treat customers or take a class in customer service Instead of walking away from me before you’re even finished with your sentence practically rolling your eyes with your tone acting like your work is the bane of your existence. Or maybe just be a pleasant person if you’re going to work with the public. The two male workers on the other hand were wonderful.

False advertising at its best. I was reeled in by the picture of a delicious double beef n cheddar, at the drive thru. Something told me to compare what I actually get.

Walked into the restroom to wash my hands. As I was entering, a worker was finishing going #2. Came out, didn’t wash his hands, did a simple squirt of hand sanitizer, and then went back into the kitchen.
Nasty.
That’s how you get customers sick.

Thought I’d try there new crinkle fries. Not a very good impression for a new item! As you can see, the curly fries go to the bottom!

This was absolutely without a doubt the dirtiest place I have ever been in. The management staff were rude and extremely unprofessional. The floors and tables were discusting. The hot rueben was served to me cold. When I took it back to the counter the staff was yelling back and forth about the fact it was made in incorrectly. When I did get the hot version of my rueben, the staff member did not apologize, instead said, “here is a perfect reuben”. We then threw our food away and left. We will never ever return to Arby’s. The management staff is in over their head and need some serious customer service training. The worst of the worst by far.
