I came here to have a quick bite for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the level of enthusiasm, I was greeted promptly and assured my food was up next. Crew seemed to get along great I enjoyed seeing that as well. I also enjoyed seeing some artwork from elementary kids in the dining room that was awesome! My food was fresh and delicious, great amount of fries as usual. Bathrooms were also pretty clean . Can’t say enough good things about this place. Worth every penny!

My mother wanted to stop here after her appointment. Never had it before. Got a normal burger it was amazing. The fries are not that great. They make so many and have them waiting in baskets which thaw them and over cook them. Our fries were not good. But the manager was very nice and allowed my mother to take a whole bag of peanuts home. She says they are the best.

The food is always delicious & served hot. They give you more than enough fries even for the smallest size. (It’s insane!!) The only thing they could improve on really is their pick-up system. It’s a disaster. Not sure if it’s due to limited space in the lobby or if it’s like this at every location. This is the only location I go to. I do still recommend it for anyone that hasn’t tried Five Guys before! It’s your perfect burger and fries place (kinda old timey feel to me)!

I have been to one in Duluuth and one in Woodbury. Loved them both. Friendly employees, great atmosphere, love the peanuts, and the food is really good. If you grab your order to go order fries the are yummy and you get a lot. Definitely going back.

Very yummy but kind of expensive. Only go here when my boyfriend makes me. Better than most other burger places quality wise though.
I recommend coffee+banana shake too, I know it’s a weird combo but it works well I think.

I ordered food online on 12/2/25 at 620pm. The website said it would be ready at 627p. Because I’m not rude, I wait until 630p to check in. No pressure. The gentleman says ok, picks up the ticket and says it’s coming. At 640p I’m like wait a minute. They literally have the tickets cleared and the online orders are just sitting on the shelf. I just saw him pick it up. So I go back to him and asked, hey, I thought it was coming. He just looks at me as if I’m not speaking English, the same language we spoke in. I said enough is enough. Everyone in the restaurant is eating now, even the customers that stood in queue at the kiosk. So I cancelled my order. I will not come back to this location. Clearly my money doesn’t make me a customer so I won’t waste my time again. So many other burger joints to patronize. Don’t spend money where you’re not valued

Love this place! You need to order from the kiosk though, and it asks fo a tip. Id rayther throw money in a jar. The worst thing about these restaurants is 5 Guys napkins are horrible! You need like 20 throughout your meal. Buy better napkins already!!!

Been here once before but worth talking about today. Good service and food! Hot snd freshly cooked. Not a fan of foil wrapped burgers but they were hot and tasty. Share one large fry and it was more than we could eat. (Cup and bottom of bag stuffed) went for the regular burger which is actually two 1/4 # patties

How friendly the staff is stood out to me. This is my favorite burger when I need a quick meal. The fresh ingredients shows through in every bite.
