Volcano Grille was an amazing surprise. The food was excellent and the service matched it. The cashier gave thoughtful suggestions that helped us choose the perfect dishes, and the warm, cozy atmosphere made the meal even better.
We ordered the hamburgers and they were, without question, some of the best we have ever had. They may not look like much on the plate, but one bite changes everything. We are still talking about that burger. We also tried the King of Pirates plate. It was a little pricey, but the flavor made it absolutely worth it.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and great service.

(2/22/26) First time coming here and it was worth it! My fiancé and I were in the area and we decided to give Volcano Grille a try! We didn’t get her name but the blond lady was super nice to us and very helpful in explaining how this place worked the chicken katsu is a must try especially with the Fuji Sauce!!! Would definitely comeback again and bring some friends to also check this place out! ❤️ Thank you!

1st time in tonight. The best service I’ve had by far at any establishment since moving back home this year. Cam (boy cam) gave us a menu upon entering, let us take our time deciding what we want, and helped us navigate ordering. Didn’t make us feel rushed or stupid for not knowing what we want. Amazing murals, energy, and ambiance. Will without a doubt be returning.

My boyfriend and I were on our way home and had planned on stopping in Las Vegas for some boba, food and to stretch our legs. I had done some quick googling and we stopped by a boba place down the street then happened upon this restaurant on accident. The pictures of the food and the reviews had us sold!
We were immediately greeted upon entering and offered menus. The cashier gave us plenty of time to order and answered any questions we had. He was very friendly and customer service from the other staff exceeded expectations.
The food was made fresh and absolutely delicious. We tried the sweet garlic and yum-yum sauce, both were yummy! I got the chicken karaage (Japan fried chicken on the menu) and my boyfriend got the chicken katsu. Both were really good. I actually can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu. Next time I’m in Las Vegas I’m stopping by. Or if y’all open a location in San Diego that’d be cool too

Service made a few mistakes but it sounds like they are adjusting to a new menu / POS.
Pretty good overall but I do wish they had more flavorful sauces.
Shrimp was my favorite, and the yakisoba noodles have great flavor too.
