I’d like to share the horrible experience I had with your Customer Service at the Chick-fil-A location on Broadway and 33rd. To summarize, I think the employees at this location need a training on compassion and care for the needs and accommodation of all different types of people and this case the neglect was to a mom with a 5 month old baby.

I initially went through the drive-through because I have a five month old baby who does not do well sitting inside of restaurants. After I received my food, I parked in the parking lot to eat my food. Once I finished my food my, I ran out of my sweet tea. I figured it would be as easy as going through the drive-through and getting a free refill for my drink that I had already purchased. I’d like to mention again that I have a five month old baby, who does not do well being transferred in and out of the vehicle therefore, I did not dine in. I was by myself as a mom I could not handle getting him in and out of the car without him, screaming and crying, therefore our best option and our best accommodation as a family is to go through the drive-through. When I went through the drive-through and I asked for the refill the people at the drive-through said to me that it is their policy that you do not receive a refill when going through the drive-through because the cup has already left the restaurant. I understand that policy however I asked if I could get a drink because I got a refill with my drink that I purchased. The manager that was handling the orders at the drive-through was so unexplainably rude. He walked by me and said “no I can’t do that” and continued to walk away without even a conversation or without even an acknowledgment of why. The person at the drive-through told me that if I was inside the store, then I could receive the refill therefore against my accommodations and needs I parked my vehicle, I transferred my five month old child in the car seat out of the car into the restaurant I go to the refill drink counter and I asked the person there if I could get a refill. He then proceeded to ask me if I was just the person in the drive-through— I said yes he said “no then I can’t give you a refill my manager already said no”. I then said can I please speak to your manager, then doesn’t even turn around or acknowledge me at all so then some other person which I’m not sure if he is a manager or not, walks over to me and asked what’s going on and I tell him the exact scenario I just explained. He then proceeds to say that he understands, but that that’s the policy and that he can’t do anything about it. I then explain to him how I am a loyal customer to this location. I am here every single Saturday with my child. I go through the drive-through I park my car, I eat out in my car. Sometimes when the weather is nice, we sit outside in the pavilion area. I will no longer be supporting Chick-fil-A in any way because of this traumatic experience. I will no longer be a customer after being a loyal customer for years, as well as a former employee of the company. I am so disappointed, and so embarrassed of how I was treated at this location that it made me feel as if I was asking for a handout when the drink is come with a free refill. Over a $2.49 drink refill, you lost a loyal customer over a free refill.
Again— Horrible experience, I cannot put into words how awful I just felt, the embarrassment that I felt that I was told to go inside the location all to then be neglected/ informed and then told no. I am just completely distraught and so emotionally hurt by how I was treated by every employee in that location I will never ever be returning to this location nor any other Chick-fil-location. I will ensure that everybody that I love and know, knows how I was treated at this location.

First time eating at Chick fil A. Chicken is good and fries are great! Besides the obvious I was really surprised how CLEAN and neat the dining area is compared to other fast food places. No salt & food crumbs to welcome you to your booth, no dead flies on window seals, no paper straw wrappers littering the floor.
I almost felt like this wasn’t fast food at all.
The customer service was great as well….. my daughter seemed to think they only hire a certain race of people but from you can see it’s a CERTAIN TYPE of people and color has nothing to do with it.
Be kind, be professional and actually give a damn about your job and you’ll get returning customers.

Simple, good food. As I have heard from the owner of Chick-fil-A, say before, everyone loves good chicken. This location is no different. But I reviewed it as if I were at a regular restaurant. Service was A1 as per usual. The Chick-fil-A deluxe was simple and delicious. Nothing incredible but definitely good. They are leagues ahead of the rest of fast food industry. If you decide to get fast food, they deserve your attention.

Man I just wanna say whoever made my chicken noodle soup needs to be crowned king and dressed in purple robes, first bite i ascended into heaven and high fived a guardian angel. Prefect amount of noodles and carrot, not to much broth but not to little, whoever made it just know I wanna hug you

The new Chick- fil- A on Van Nuys Blvd in Sherman Oaks is Awesome!! The new decor is nostalgic and cozy!! The food was Delicious and the customer service was superb!!

Friendly staff and great food. They are always cleaning their tables and floors. It is extremely impressive. I love this location and all of the employees. I come at least once a week on average. They are extremely busy though at all hours. Bad parking and drive-through flow.

I had gotten a spicy chicken club sandwich, and it comes with Pickles but when I received mine I had the slice at the very end of the pickle and it was small and that was the only one so I took it back up there to get more pickles and I said hey I only got this sliver of a pickle so I asked for more and she said sure and then took my sandwich and threw it away, so I was confused as to why I couldn’t just get more pickles for my sandwich but oh well I sat down and waited until my new sandwich came which came cold and with zero pickles the second sandwich is the one in the photo and I had to go up there another time to ask for a side of pickles and I asked for extra and they gave me four slices
