Food is what you would expect from chipotle. Guac is always great. To get all 5/5 *this is a message to chipotle management and leadership* just take down the to go shelf. If it does not serve your location just take it down and order a sign that says pickup at counter. The handwritten note taped onto the shelf is just a bad look.

I LOVE Chipotle! It’s just fresh good eating! There is something incredibly satisfying about a meal that makes you feel fueled rather than weighed down. I try to stay on the heathier side of eating, and this always hits the spot! When I’m trying to not be so healthy, I’ll get a HUGE burrito filled with all the yummy stuff, even then, it’s still pretty healthy and I never feel sick, bloated, or icky afterwards, always satisfied and want more! It’s my go to place!

Charged $5.50 for an extra scoop of steak on burrito, half of which is inedible due to gristle and fat. Those serving on the line not very customer friendly today.
So, I reached out to the “customer service” email as asked by the owner. Here is the solution from Chipotle management: In response to serving you an inedible burrito (double meat with guacamole is $17.60 plus tax), we will 1) make you buy another burrito out of pocket and in return we will “give” you another burrito, but not one that compensates you for the bad one, rather a basic burrito with no extra meat or guacamole. Honestly, first time I’ve every had such a poor and absolutely ridiculous response from a restaurant.

I ordered online for pickup for 9:40pm, my order wasn’t put out until 9:50. Whatever not a big deal, but they gave me the wrong protein and i ordered extra of everything and there definitely wasn’t. Is there anything I can do?

Really awesome experiences Everytime I go here. The staff are super helpful too. Even went out in of their way to help me figure out if some drinks had sugar or not. I’m a diabetic so I can’t have too much sugar.

Chipotle is always delicious! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was fine. The dining area gets a lot of sun which we were thankful for. Will definitely be coming back to this location when in GJ!

Sadly another disappointing lap at Chipotle. Around 7pm on a Friday night. Cold beans, scant portions of dime sized chicken chunks from the bottom of the container, steak unavailable, barbacoa tasty but not warm, we avoided the quac as it looked blackened. And finally the chips were stale.
