I am writing to share a concern regarding a recent order (Order #121-4658, placed under Yanislay Bandes e twain, las vegas nv). While I approach this situation with understanding and respect for the demands of food service, the quality of this particular product fell significantly below reasonable expectations.
We ordered a pretzel stuffed crust pizza, and unfortunately, it was overwhelmingly covered in excessive salt far beyond what would be expected or consistent with the advertised product. While I understand that pretzel-style crust includes a salted exterior, the level of salt extended across the entire pizza, making it difficult to enjoy and, frankly, unsuitable for a family meal. This was not a matter of personal sensitivity to salt, but rather a clear over-application that compromised both taste and quality.
As a household, we value good food and understand that occasional inconsistencies can happen. I also recognize that factors such as early shifts, training gaps, or simple human error may contribute to situations like this. With that in mind, I am not seeking to place blame, but rather to encourage improvement.
I respectfully request that this location receive additional guidance or retraining to ensure proper preparation standards are followed, particularly for specialty items like this one. Food quality is not just about taste but also about responsibility to customers, including families and children, who trust that what they are purchasing is prepared with care and consistency.
This experience was genuinely disappointing, especially given that it came from a place of trust and expectation. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps prevent similar situations in the future.

Today I caught a deal through T-Mobile Tuesdays and got the Slice n Stix for $3. I forgot to get my sauce though. However, the food was fresh, hot, and very tasty.
It was shortly after opening time…pizza for breakfast, yes! LoL
I came back (12-09-22)since it’s been a while. Ordered the lunch combo. Hair was found on one of the slices of pizza. So I took it back inside and was told they’d make me a fresh one. While sitting a see a roach on their floor. Disgusting Health dept needs to check this location.
I ordered the pizza and Stix and a hot and ready pep. Waited the 47 minutes and got my food. Came home only to find that they gave me the wrong pizza. I didn’t get my pizza and stix so I called up there with no answer. I called at least 8 times trying to get them before close. No answer. Finally got ahold of them the next day and they said, I waited too long and that I needed to bring it back up there the same night. I explained that I wouldn’t have made it back in time before close and that I’d called at least 8x. I told them I still have the pizza they gave and my receipt. They still wouldn’t accommodate. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this particular location.
However, when I got to the store and put in the code there was no pizzas in the shelf.The entire portal was empty, though somehow they still chose to use the very bottom shelf which to me seemed like it was purposefully done to hide the fact that nothing was there.
The two guys working seemed like they had absolutely no idea what they were doing and did not appear sober. They completely ignored me the whole time even when the customer left as I stood at the counter waiting to be served. I had to call out for one of the cashiers to ask about my order and was basically interrogated like I was trying to steal a free pizza before being handed two pizzas that had no sauce on one side and were cut so unevenly that two slices could make a half pizza. I have no clue why the guy would ask for my last name or all those other questions when he failed or refused to load my order in the portal and why I was ignored as the two guys conversed for over 5 minutes
