I ordered Piada via Uber Eats and spend about $30-$40 for two Bowls. The food came in about 15 minutes, I instantly checked my food and found hair on the chicken and pasta. I called in to ask for a remake and was instantly met with an apology, option for a refund. I am a trucker so I made my way back for a remake. Even with a long line, I was able to get my food made in less than 3 minutes. Fresh and hot. Thank you Piada in Florence, KY for the quick and responsive service.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The team worked smoothly and professionally, and it felt organized and welcoming — which speaks volumes about the person supervising it all.

Stopped by Piada for lunch and was honestly impressed. The food was fresh and flavorful. I ordered a pasta bowl with grilled chicken and the portions were generous without feeling heavy. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and well organized. Definitely coming back.

Loved everything… BUT it was SUPER cold in there (on a day when it was in the high 60’s).
Super great that we could tailor the dishes to our liking if the presets didn’t match our wishes.
Had the Farmer’s Market salad… delicious, especially with the lemon dressing.
Hubby had the pasta carbonara with chicken and was super pleased.
Only trashcan was hidden by a wall near the entrance (not very intuitive). Not a big deal, but meh.
Would definitely eat there again.

Delicious, quick, customized food with friendly service.
My wife and I visited for the first time based upon reviews and photos and the experience did not disappoint. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We never felt like we didn’t know what was going on even though it was our first visit.
The food was tasty and the variety of options very clearly presented. The steak on my pasta was quite tender and the seasonings on my wife’s piada and our garlic dough side were delicious.
Menu handouts are available as you enter the line to give you time to decide what you want. Otherwise you see all the food as you’re making your selections.
We will definitely come back and experience Piada again.

Piada graciously donated lunch for our volunteers at Cinderella’s Closet and it was absolutely amazing! I had the steak and avocado wrap and just loved the flavor. Huge steak pieces with veggies and a delicious sauce. We are so very grateful for their donation and kindness!
