The last time we were there, the food came out so fast, it put the fast, in fast food. Also I inadvertently dropped my glove and some nice girl with braids who worked there gave it back to me. And one time when we were leaving, my son didn’t hold the door for my daughter as we were leaving, and the door knocked her ice cream cone out of her hand and it landed on the sidewalk. So my br careful of that door if you’re leaving with an ice cream cone on your hand. The play place there is great for the kids to run around and play while they are eating. It’s really not as much of a choking hazard as you would think. Oh, and make sure your kids take their shoes with them when they’re done playing because there are no shoes allowed on the play structure. One time, there was poop on the slide at the play place, but only that one time. And it really wasn’t that much poop anyway, so honestly, I wouldn’t go there with the expectation of finding poop, I’m pretty sure that one time was a unique little surprise.

Overall a good experience here. We didn’t wait long for our food and didn’t have any issues. Location was clean and staff were fast with our orders. In general I’ve found the iced coffees at McDonalds to be pretty good and the most affordable option you can find when eating out. There are kiosks you can use or you can order at the counter. A Play Place is inside, but it was not clear if it was open to the public or not anymore.

Do not door dash from this establishment at all. Had 4 door dash drivers try to pick up my order. Every single one said they never got my order and 3 canceled it unlike the last delivery driver. They claimed to have given my entire order out twice. They would never give out an order a 2nd time so I know it’s a lie. They also claimed both drivers took the order. Does anyone really believe 2 randomly selected door dash people stole my order back to back? Sounds pretty weird. Either way, had to pick up my families order after waiting 90 mins for nothing to come through. Hopefully someone investigates this place.

I placed a curb side order but the app was having issues and I went inside for assistance. It was a crazy lunch rush, and the team gave me their undivided attention, compassion, and were so incredibly helpful. Little did they know, I have been having a tough day/ week, and their kindness truly went a long way. While waiting for my order, I saw that the team worked wonderfully in synch, and there was good vibes coming from their manager. I saw staff welcome each other with a hug, it just gave me a sense that this particular location is special. Thank you to this location for its kindness and quick problem solving!

Don’t bother trying to get ice cream or a shake. There machine is broken 24/7/365 apparently. Funny story, I remember when they remodeled, literally went there the day they re-opened and surprise, even the brand new ice cream machine was broken on day 1. Kid at the window even admitted it was fine. They were told by management to tell everyone it’s down. Nothings broken. There just lazy and don’t want to clean it. Corporate is the next email.

Just don’t order from them. Worst location in Middlesex county. Cancels orders after 30 min out of pure laziness. Its almost as if they are not a chain restaurant with no sense of responsibility to honor an order before they close.

This is a review for the young lady who is always working the second drive through window, I think she’s either the manager or the assistant manager of the morning shift. She is always very polite and gets the orders done as quick and well prepared as she can.
It’s a McDonald’s the food is always the same but the morning shift always makes warm sandwiches and fresh hash browns.

I do not buy or eat fast food but felt the need for some reason today. I ordered at the drive thru a double cheeseburger with extra pickles and extra mac sauce ONLY!! Now a normal double cheeseburger usually comes with 2 pickles, mustard, ketchup and onion. I received a double cheeseburger with 2 pickles and SOME mac sauce along with some onions (which I hate). They charged me an extra 55 cents, for what??? There was no extra anything and one condiment I had asked to be removed (onion)!!
A disappointing reminder why I stay away from fast food places!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!
