Shocked at how busy this place was at 1:06 pm with 4 people deep in line but cashier Lorie was taking our order in about 2 minutes! My name was called for the 2 combos we ordered while I was grabbing my drink & Arby’s sauce, AMAZING….! Don’t judge a truck stop because you’ll be pleasantly surprised with this dual brand. Thank you for the service, we will be back on our next passing thru from our monthly Costco trip…

Asked for arby sauce twice and came home with no arby sauce and 4 packets of ketchup which I don’t understand why they gave me ketchup. I didn’t even have fries with my order I just got the sandwich. Very disappointed!!
I drive through there once a month from East Texas cuz I live in Grandview just to get a sandwich ☹️
Now it’s ruined for me. It ain’t a beef and cheddar without Arby’s sauce on it
So dry, hardly any cheese on it and especially with no sauce. Couldn’t finish it! Threw it in trash!!

Grabbed a quick sandwich while getting gas on a Dallas road trip. It was convenient as is attached to the gas station and can walk between the 2 stores. Lady working the register was friendly. Ordered a Beef and Cheddar Sandwich to go. Order was ready within 5 minutes and I was on my way. It was a little messy to eat while driving, but was good enough instead of stopping somewhere else after getting gas.

1/21, My 78yo Mother has a SWEET TOOTH (from Hades) and whenever she gets the urge, she asks me to drive her to our local Midlothian Arby’s and then, she grabs 2-3 frosted cherry turnovers (fried pies) to eat over the next few days. Today was no different. We were greeted at the drive-thru by a friendly BM who took our order for 3 turnovers quickly, repeated it correctly; then, we paid & left. We got home, ate dinner, and when Mom finally opened her turnovers, she was disappointed to find the frosting was old, hard, and crumbled right off, leaving a slightly bitter fried cherry pie.

The Arby’s at the Love’s in midlothian. (Store 00416) the crew was AMAZING. They noted they were short staffed and they were positive and upbeat. They asked for patience and received it. I would be happy to come back to them.
