As soon as you walk in you can tell it’s good food. From bread to salad to lasagna all were very good. If I would say anything I would say less sugar in the sauce. It’s on the sweet side but still very good. We did wait 30 min for our food but the waitress was kind and kept us busy with bread and drink.

I asked for the dressing on the side. I got a soggy salad dressed. 2nd salad soggy too, no dressing.
Lasagna was cold!
I Spoke to the Manager lady, “do you want a discount?” No I’m not paying for this. No reply, or sorry just walked away.
The waiter came by with a new $0 bill.
Still no apology or reason to ever come back.
Obviously no management experience how to handle a customer.
I do not recommend eating here.
* 1-25-25 : they sent me a gift certificate to try again, I had to pay the tax, weird!
The clam chowder was good. The chicken marsala was lukewarm! Not sure how they pass health inspections.

TUTTO MARE is my favorite seafood pasta, Chicken Parmigiano is always grilled to perfection, the Mt Vesuvius chicken strips are something everyone loves(mildly hot), and the zucchini sticks are excellent. The steaks are always very good too….and reasonably priced

I dont eat out often due to food allergies, but I always love to get a salad/rolls from here when I want something light and cheaper. I also used to eat the pork chops milanese, lasagna, and chicken marsala before I discovered I had alpha gal, but both were really good dishes consistently. The food is affordable and tastes good too. Portion sizes are good in comparision to pricing as well.

I never leave bad reviews but… I was excited to see a Pasta House in Farmington when I was in town for work for the week. I live in STL near the Affton location and it’s always great. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Keep in mind, it was NOT busy at all on Tuesday evening at dinner time.
Since I was able to expense the meal, I decided to get a couple apps and an entree so I could take half of the apps to go for lunch later in the week. I ordered the cheese sticks & meatballs for my apps and the pork chop with a side Caesar & side of fettuccini Alfredo.
First off, I was brought a house salad and after waiting a bit, had to wave down another employee to send my server over to get that corrected. When I told her it was the wrong salad, she just said “oh” and took it away. There was no apology or any sense of customer service even when the correct salad was brought. The apps took a while to come out and when they did, the meatballs were barely warm but tasty. I didn’t say anything since I already had to send the salad back and was taking one of the meatballs to go anyway. My pork chop and pasta took quite a long time to come out and when it did, they gave me the wrong pasta side. It was a cavatelli w/cream sauce instead of the Fett Alfredo. I told my server when she finally checked on me again but told her not to worry about it because I didn’t want to send another item back. Her response was to tell me that the pasta they gave me is actually more expensive and she wouldn’t charged me for it. My pork chop was not good either. It was a little over breaded and over cooked with charred breading and dry meat. There were also hidden small pieces of bone that I couldn’t see until I either cut into it or bit down on it.
While waiting for my entree, I had a little mishap trying to put my extra meatball in my to go container and it ended up on me and the floor. I had to wait quite a while before I was finally able to flag someone down to sweep it up and get me some napkins to clean myself up. I ended up ordering another order of the meatballs because I was looking forward to the leftovers. It was my fault I lost the other one but given they had messed up two of my food items already and I had to flag help down multiple times after waiting patiently to be checked on, I thought maybe they would make it right and offer me the 2nd order of meatballs complimentary but there seemed to be no concern at all that my experience wasn’t going well.
I don’t expect much from anyone in the service industry these days but this was extra disappointing. I’m going to have to eat at my local location soon just to cleanse my pallet on the chain.

I’ve been in several times over the past few months, and Isaiah has been my server each time. He’s always friendly, attentive, and professional, great every visit!
During my most recent visit, there was a table nearby that was difficult from the moment they sat down. They complained about everything from where they were seated to their coffee being “too strong.” Having worked at this location before, and having experience other places as both a server and a manager, I know how tough it can be.
Isaiah handled the situation perfectly. He stayed calm, polite, and professional the entire time. I overheard the table mention they might leave a review, so I wanted to make sure management heard the other side Isaiah did an excellent job, just like always. You’re lucky to have him on your team!

honestly you can’t go wrong with Pasta house you go and you always know what your gonna be getting food wise pastas are always good and they do well on hand held options and the premade salad is something you come back for!
this location tho has a couple different things I’ve noticed from past experiences(Arnold,festus,SOCO)
for one the inside seems dated it’s clean but is dated. My wife and I have been here multiple times and it always seems really dark inside:/ and the servers we always seem very overwhelmed but still give decent service. however one night we did take the in-laws here when they were in town and the server we had got made me even question tipping him. He was very rude and had this attitude the whole time like a snob made us seriously question tipping this man. bad experience with him and the atmosphere doesn’t seem as welcoming and friendly like other pasta houses but I don’t hold that to the pasta house here or it’s brand just be warned with the male server here at night! Will be back just might be take out instead!

Decided to place a last minute parties to go order for Christmas Eve and Pasta House Farmington came thru! The Penne Bolognese was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce and added Provel Cheese. Absolutely delicious, no need to order anywhere else!
