Direct and to the point
My first visit to Bisquitville was a good one. The best part is watching them make the biscuits right in the open. We went during the morning rush, and while the dining room could have been cleaner, the service was fast and very friendly. Think of it as a fast-food Waffle House.

Biscuitville was a bit of a disappointment. They do make good biscuits. But biscuits can only be so good. The rest of what we had was fairly ordinary. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy did not have that much flavor and tasted a lot like a powdered mix. So the good news is there was nothing terribly wrong with the food but it was incredibly ordinary. The menu is excessively confusing. I had to ask the order taker if they had biscuits and gravy and was told that they did. Then when I ordered that they asked if I wanted gravy with it. The restaurant was clean uncomfortable. If you want a quick fast food breakfast this rates right up there with all the others.

Great breakfast spot! The biscuits are light and fluffy! The muffins are great! The pancakes were “ok”… but it is Biscuitville after all. We had fresh blue berry and strawberry muffins out of the oven! Everything we tried was good!

A gentlemen and son in front of me was just getting there food the order and the gentleman men order a platter with pancakes for his son and ask the server for some sauce and he notice there wasn’t any syrup for the pancakes so he also ask for syrup and the server Kim said to him is there anything else because you have me running back and forth and gentlemen said politely usually pancakes come with syrup and the server said ill give you that in not so great way and told him is there anything else and he said no and then she flicked him off , which got him upset and then server tried taking my order but also arguing with gentleman and flick him off again and another worker step in and tried to de-escalate the problem, but the server once again flicked the gentleman off, and the other worker told her she was gonna put her in the back and then looked at the gentleman and told him I got this handled just go ahead and eat your food and there was a little bit of disagreement And she decided to tell him that he needs to leave and he was just trying to eat his food with his son, In the server said she ain’t working in the back and started to still proceed with my order so the son and the gentleman sat there eating their food. I got mine and sat down and in the next 10-15 minutes the cops arrived Talk to The employees and then the gentleman and also talk to me, but still Biscuitville has the right to refuse people services and he had to leave with his son and he wasn’t even finished eating.. This will be my last time coming here. Very sad. The employee should be fired. The man shouldn’t have had to been left..

Do not eat in. They will literally serve dozens upon dozens of thru and take out orders ahead of dine in. 30+ minutes for basic menu items is insane. Worse that they do not remedy taking your order wrong.

Gate City Blvd location was not on it this a.m. I placed an order for a butter biscuit, Ultimate bacon biscuit, and a steak,egg, and cheese biscuit, and 1 hash brown.
1st I watched at least 6 people that came in behind me place orders and receive their food before my order. Almost 15 minutes. Still waiting. I ask about my order and the manager says you ordered steak and we’re waiting on it. (I guess that I was the only one out of 30+ other people) While continuing to wait another customer comes up and states how dry their biscuits were and asked for a fresher biscuit. She was accommodated without hesitation. I waited another 7 minutes for the steak while the other part of my order was bagged and getting cold. Now they were waiting on fried eggs.. I finally decided that it was unacceptable and requested a refund. As I was getting refunded a young lady told the manager that my order was finally coming out. Almost 30 minutes later. I asked the manager to refund me and she did offering me what I ordered as well. I declined because the biscuit that she was going to put the steak on had been sitting cut open on the counter for over 20 minutes… unacceptable. If it weren’t for the cashier, who was great, and the manager making it right, today would have been 0 stars…

Went thru the drive thru around 1pm today and the woman at the speaker box was super nice and cheerful. Got our food fast and hot, it was delicious. We had the bacon egg and cheese biscuits with the hashbrown casserole. All of it hot and yumm!! Would definitely recommend it!

Employees were quite rude today however the food was tasty. Went through the drive-thru and had to repeat myself multiple times because the employees in the background were too loud for the cashier to hear me. Employees at both windows were rude.

Delicious biscuit, chicken, eggs, cheese grits. I got it in a platter. Erica is tha BOMB! She deserves her own store and a raise. She greeted me as soon as I came in the door, she gave me a container of gravy as soon as I realized it was not with my platter, and she was making sure all the tables were clean for the future customers. Top-notch worker.

Indeed, the bacon was the only saving grace. The wife did not order bacon, and ended up not eating more than a couple bites and poured out her coffee, got something to eat elsewhere instead
