We ordered pizzas for carry out on this last cold day. The pizza was made awful. I didn’t take it back because it was so cold. It was not made just wrong; it was poor quality. The stiff crust pizzas looked like someone went out of their way to have no toppings I. The center. It had sauce only. It looked like a plate was placed over the middle to make sure no toppings were on it. Worst pizza ever. The kids ate it but I did take a picture. I’m not even sure how you can do such a poor job making a pizza.

So i guess it’s ok to ignore customers whenever you hear the door bell ring, me and 3 other customers walk in, 1 grabs their pizza because they ordered online but me and another customer waiting 10+ with zero employee interaction. Horrible service. Horrible communication. Nobody contacted me to tell me they couldn’t make my order for 6 pizzas for my child’s birthday party that I ordered a day in advance. So, I’m writing this review as I’m standing inside another pizza place, missing my daughter’s party because of their lack in communication. We will never order here again.

Wait times were about average but it was not worth the wait. The Hot N Readiness of the pizza was off; the workers simply undercooked and drenched the pizza in sauce. It was so sloppy it was nearly impossible to eat by hand.

I haven’t been back here in a while because the last manager was horrible and the place was chaotic. But on Friday night things looked good! My pizza was delicious, but what I really noticed was the manager. Billy Y. The way he spoke to the staff and helping when needed. What a wonderful change! I will definitely be back! Thank you Billy!

I went in to get crazy bread and when I got home to open it they were beyond dry and flat! So I went back to get a replacement, I showed the manager and just asked for a new one. After her staring at me for sometime she then rolls her eyes and says “well you can’t open them all”. I didn’t ask that and OBVIOUSLY I can’t do that. So she needed up giving me this one. These are so hard they crack when you rip them in half. THE MANAGER handed this to me and thought it was acceptable?! The customer services is terrible and clearly y’all’s dough is bad.
Save yourself the headache and eat else where. This is the worst LC around.

So just beware poc you might encounter racist in this location, I went in for a counter order it was just me and a white lady waiting he helped her then went back to cutting cool, then a white guy came in and this employee come and ask him what he ordered helped him then went back to the back. I will gladly take my money elsewhere

Posted hours say they are open until 11pm, but at 8:30pm the door was locked and the lights were off. Maybe update your hours or leave a note? I wonder about their quality of service when they can’t even be relied on to keep a schedule
