Taco Bell om begging you get some competent people to work at this location! I’m not sure if it’s the management, the employees or just everyone. But it’s really not that hard. Why does my app say my food is ready and I was told by an employee it’d be out shortly, is STILL NOT IN MY HANDS. As I see order after order go through the drive thru my order is still yet to be ready even though the app has said it’s been ready for 5 minutes. It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to make 8 items it’s actually a joke.

Scam alert for food delivery drivers: During the late hours something is just not right at this restaurant. Typically orders between 2 and 3 AM, the staff will tell you that the order was already picked up by someone else. The same staff, in this time frame. Looks like they’ve found a loophole in the food delivery companies (doordash, etc.) and seem to make full use of it. This trend is pretty consistent for this location during that time by the same staff. Watch out when they say “order was stolen/picked up by someone else”.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience at the Taco Bell on O Street this past Friday, April 11th, around 10:00 PM. Despite placing a mobile order ahead of time, the wait in the drive-thru was unacceptable. And sadly, the almost $35 worth of food we received was a COMPLETE DISASTER!! Every single item except one solitary taco, was either prepared incorrectly, looked disgusting, and was served cold. The quality was beyond poor – it was inedible. To add insult to injury, they forgot a staggering five items from our order. HOW IS THAR EVEN POSSIBLE?! The MOST DISGUSTING discovery was a half-eaten nacho cheese cup filled with a strange, unsettling sauce that clearly had someone’s fingerprints and even indentations from their fingers in it. The only logical explanation is either gross negligence in the kitchen or the unthinkable act of re-serving returned, contaminated food.
The visual evidence is SO FRUSTRATING!
Pictures clearly show the minuscule amount of steak – barely a few grams – haphazardly thrown onto the WRONG chalupa shells. The incorrect nacho cheese further compounded the issues. This wasn’t just a minor mistake; it was a complete failure on every level. The lack of attention to detail, the disregard for food safety, and the overall poor quality of the meal were frankly disgusting. This location owes customers a serious explanation and needs to implement immediate changes to their food preparation and quality control.
I’M so bummed out…. I would say two times out of every 10 times we go to this Taco Bell we have some sort of issue generally is forgotten chips or other items and it’s just really a big disaster I wish they would change the management at this location . It makes me really sad because Taco Bell is delicious … However I think it would be best to Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs if you value your money and your stomach.

Good service in general. We used a kiosk to order and we had an item missing when our food was ready. They were quick to make it and bring it out to us at our seats. Can’t ask for more then that.

I’m a huge fan of Taco Bell, Unfortunately I live closest to this store, and i’m extremely tired of being disappointed. I don’t make a lot of reviews but every single time i’ve came here it takes 15-20 minutes minimum, and I hate driving all the way across town for better service down south. My food is always soggy and very sloppy as well. Please do better so I don’t have to drive 15 minutes south every time.

worst taco bell in lincoln and omaha metro areas. Worst drive through, hard to get too, always understaffed. Food always sub par. Never had a good crunch wrap at this location. Workers are nice and I can tell they are trying their best.

As I sit here in the drive through for 15+ minute I contemplate the extreme difficulty in the ability for the staff to assemble a few tacos or throw some of their mystery meat in a tortilla and wrap it all up inside. 4 Spotify songs later and I am still sitting here but at least I have a good playlist. Meanwhile no one has moved from the line, making me think Taco Bell is more of a social experiment than an actually eating please with the sole intention of making you wait in line…because let’s face it either are broke and need something cheap, stayed at the bar too long or just have. Wei self respect.
Oh look the people behind me got smart and backed up to leave. Guess I’ll just do the same…until another day.

Please double-check your order before leaving. The chicken strips were overcooked and hard, likely fried in old oil. Additionally, I ordered fries, but they only provided the sauce and not the fries. I didn’t know this until I was home.

came to drive thru at 10:02pm & they said they weren’t taking anymore orders. google says you close at 1am & the drive thru window says you close at 3am. seen you guys had a full staff in there so i know you weren’t short staffed just seems like yall wanted to close and leave or update your hours so people aren’t wasting their time driving there for nothing.

Ordered through the drive through. The lady at the window was screaming at the other employees. Took way too long to get my food, by the time I got my food it was missing an item, so I had to wait longer. When I got home to start eating, both my crunchwraps weren’t even folded, and it only had a little meat in it. Also discovered they put 2 extra tacos in my bag that I didn’t order. And the tacos barely had any meat in them as well. Would not recommend coming to this location. I will never be returning.
