Bamboo has amazing food! We normally get yaki soba noodles with steak and fried rice with steak. Always super delicious! The past few times we started getting some sushi roles. The Crack role and krabstix roles both flash fried are AMAZING!!!!!
Highly recommend Bamboo and even if you don’t like sushi you should try either one of those two roles!

Their sashimi dinner is amazing. I’m picking about raw fish but it’s very fresh. Also their masubi is soooo good. This place is in my top 5 best Asian food places. Very consistent with the quality. We drive from DeFuniak to pick up take out from Bamboo and it’s worth it every time!

Service is always great, whether dining in or out, the food is amazing (I only get Hibachi, but the sushi always looks very presentable), and the atmosphere is great. Small town vibes and great food for the family or a date night!

Stopped by here with a group of friends after a buddy’s funeral.
Great place for delicious spicy eel sushi, shrimp tempura, and quality beer. Had a fun time with the friends, and I think I’d even come back here alone if I ever found myself back down here in Crestview in the future.

Assorted Sashimi had variety of fish included Salmon, Tuna, Red Snapper, Octopus, Mackrel, Yellowtail, and White Tuna. Sunset Roll and Hurricane roll were amazing too. Price might be a little bit high but they have fresh fish for real‼️

I’ve been going here for years since it was just Danny, his brother Mike and someone named Micheal making sushi. When Crestview was the only location. My first roll was a Vu Ching roll, and it still one of my favorites. Now when I go I almost always just ask the Sushi Chef to just make me something. I have yet to be disappointed. All the chefs are great, I don’t really have a favorite.

Wish I knew about this place sooner! Inside they have a bar and multiple TV’s. The drinks are great and the sushi is delicious! It is à la carte vs. all you can eat but the prices are super affordable. The staff is awesome. They even have drink specials every night of the week! We ordered two HUGE rolls (pictured) and 2 bottles of Sapporo beer and it was $55. I will be coming here from now on!
UPDATE 4/22/24: This has become our go to spot for sushi in Crestview. Aside from every single item on their menu, I highly recommend ordering a chefs choice roll and telling them ingredients you like. The sushi chefs have the freedom to take those ingredients, be innovative, and create customized rolls on the fly. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. We love sitting at the sushi bar and interacting with the staff – everyone is always so friendly ❤️ Everything here is delicious, you won’t be disappointed. Two important reminders: 1) sushi goes best with a Sapporo and 2) don’t forget to tip your servers ❤️

I had the teriyaki steak with steamed rice during lunch and my daughter had chicken fried rice plate she got way more than I did I was charged full price my steak didn’t have sauce on it only like 8 pieces of meat the girl who took the order was to busy talking instead of making sure it was correct. they brought our food out to go as we said we were dining in. The food absolute nasty no flavor this place is a laughing stock. The food was nasty I will not be coming back or recommending for anyone to go to. Not worth the money. I can’t believe this place is open. The sushi guys don’t wear gloves to make your food.
