Very very disappointed there was no grinch salt anywhere we went to three different places and finally decided to get our grinch meals and we bought four grand meals and a happy meal and didn’t get what we was wanting to get and very rude we didn’t even get a discount because the lady says nope you ain’t getting no discount with an attitude
We called and they said that they had the whole kit when we went there they didn’t have everything n the kit
And they was very rude we went multiple place to try to get the hole kit and the food was cold also

Sat in line for over 15 minutes but that wasn’t the problem. I was served a near empty burger and one of the patties was pretty much raw. Inedible. That’s really messed up.

Ordered on my app and it did not ring up app price. I asked to speak with a Mgr. She argued with me that I didn’t. Even her cashier told her I did but she refused to give it to me at the app price. I asked for the home office number and she said they were just bought by a new owner. So I got my money back and I left. She was so rude. We don’t ever plan on going back Even though we only live approximately 3 miles away.

You place your order at the Drive-Thru on Monday, Nov. 24th and you drive up to the first window to pay, and you are paying with a Debit Card. The Attendant sticks a card machine out the window for you to stick your card in. What happen to taking your card and she does it. Then you drive up to the second window to get your order, and the attendant passes your order to you and says nothing. Not a “Thank You” one time. If the Anderson Family owns this franchise, they need to train there employee’s better. Never go to this one again!

Just turn around if you see this girl working. She is rude, always messes up orders, has meltdowns where coworkers have to pick up slack and has the worst customer service. I have delt with her several times and prior to her working here I have never had a problem with the quality, quickness, and customer service. I let it slide for a while because everyone has bad days and its a job dealing with the general public. Eventually you stop making excuses and hold the person accountable. Will definitely be making the effort to go somewhere else if she is working. Being kind is free

Never once have gotten my order correct. Just went through the drive thru for a McGriddle meal and ended up with 2 sausage egg & cheese McMuffins. It’s worth the drive go to another one

Very disappointing experience. The staff can be heard “cutting up” and laughing while trying to take orders. Meanwhile, they have a full line wrapped around the building. Will not return for evening shift service. Absolutely unacceptable and the worst part is I haven’t even received my food yet. I’ve been in the line long enough to think and type an elaborate review

I work late night and tonight my only option was to run by McDonald’s. Made sure this location was 24 hrs but whatever staff worked 2/7/26 around 2:45am must have decided they just weren’t going to take orders. Sat in line for an extended amount of time and my order was never taken.
