Just because you have a full restaurant does not justify a 40 minute wait to even see an appetizer. There are tables that got here after us packing their to-go bags right now.
If you can’t handle the crowd, don’t seat them.
Edit: when I finally got food the wings were cold and the Mac and Cheese looked like it had been served with an ice cream scoop. Not a great look, kids.

Very friendly cashier. Very helpful. Ordered online and picked up. Was nice to stand there and guess at the game on the TV while we waited to get our food while the lady at the front was helping the person ahead of us. Always like the environment of this place.

I ordered 15 wings and the appetizer platter to be delivered. Everything I received was under temp and of poor quality. After giving them a chance to correct the order, they only wanted to comp me $6 on a $50 order. Most of the chicken had more bones and cartilage than meat as well.
Note that we are only a 7 minute drive away, and it took the driver 20 minutes to get to us.
It’s funny that the manager responds, giving me a website to go to to “make it right” only for the tab he tells me to look for doesn’t exist.
Save your money Derby. There are much better places to eat at that will make your experience right if they undercooked your food.

It was a Friday High School football game night. Place was fairly busy. We were greeted and seated immediately. Samantha was very nice and friendly. We got our drinks and placed our order. Our salads were out to us in no time. Our wings arrived as we were finishing up our salads. Wings were hot and delicious. Overall it was an awesome experience and we will be back!

I love BWW, or waitresses Kira was awful! She could not get the 3 beer order correct or the 2 sodas order correct. Completely forgot to put in 1 10 PC wing order. 1 order had the wrong sauce. She was a disappointment to say the least. Christian stepped in ans saved the day. Fixing mistake after mistake. He was phenomenal!

Service was good. The food was bad. Came at 10:15. Maybe 8-10 people here. Waitress was Lydia and she was pretty solid. Had the beer cheese steak sandwich. It was lukewarm, I got the wedges instead of fries. They were COLD and this is late at night when you think they were fresh? Nay, tasted like they’ve been under a heat lamp for 6 hours. Definitely don’t recommend coming here.

Got there at 1135am and ordered by 1145. We got a salad, an appetizer and a cheeseburger. We got our appetizer with our food, which didnt come until an hour later. Out of all my wings 1 wing had seasoning. Literally. 1. The rest were completely plain. The amount of fries we got on the side of the cheeseburger was comparative to a small fry from McDonald’s. The food was warm which was good at least but the place wasn’t busy at all, so im not sure what the reason for the long wait time was.
The strawberry lemonade was good, place was clean. Atmosphere was what you would expect for a sports bar.
The salad I ordered was a BBQ chicken salad but had a strong lemon taste so that was odd.
