This store is straight up trash. I placed an order on the app this morning, showed up to get my sandwich, and found the doors locked and the drive through lights off. The staff inside kept waving me away. No one could open the door and talk to anyone waiting outside so we could know what was going on. The staff is rude and this was a horrible experience. This store should be closed if they can’t service their customers. I will be calling Hollowicki to report this and they better give me a refund. I will update my review with the outcome to follow.

Drive thru. Had to wait for my food. 4 items. Not a thing was warm and I ate the parking lot. I usually get 1 or 2 out of 4 warm. Nope. All cold. This is the worst McDonald’s ever!!

Do not order for delivery from this location. I don’t order very often for myself. But regardless of whether its through DoorDash or their company app, they never fail to incorrectly make my order. I like my burgers no pickle, extra onion. Every time I order food from this location it’s either been extra pickles or no onions.

This location consistently messes orders up. Things you can’t tell until you’re home…. unless you’re going to unwrap every sandwich and taste every drink before you leave. Get a receipt because they will want to check it when they inevitably forget something you ordered. One of the worst McDonalds every single time. I just love pain, so we keep coming.

My fiancé placed an online order and while going through the drive through they couldn’t find his order and then he explained what he order and they kept saying they don’t have it while him being in line for 8 min figuring it out, they gave him his order but unfortunately, we didn’t get everything that he ordered. We were missing a happy meal. He went inside and he stand there for 20 minutes and there was someone at the cashier just on their phone, didn’t ask him if he needed help and then a worker asked him if he was waiting for something very rude and he explained that he was still missing his happy meal and the lady that works there said to him he needs to go back in line for drive-through and then he explained how he was already in line but they didn’t give him everything. honestly don’t come here, workers are very rude!

Drive thru employees have no sense of customer service. Long wait time last pm. They definitely need a new manager to keep them focused. Seemed to be not english speaking. Very disappointed. Usually better.

This might be the first time I’ve actually been disappointed in McDonald’s. We ordered a Bacon Big Mac meal, Happy Meal, and two apple pies. For my Big Mac, I’ll tell you the bacon on the sandwich did not enhance the experience. I’d rather have a normal Big Mac. The bread kept breaking apart on me as well. It was literally deteriorating in my hands. The fries were fresh and tasted fine. The employee who brought out our food even warned us that they were hot. Their Sprite Mix Tropic Berry drink was by far the best thing I had. Our apple pies were…off. My wife even said she thought there was something different (or wrong) with them. My wife got a fat free and sugar free cappuccino and she said it was really good.
All in all, not awful but not good good either.

Ok this is twice now PLEASE TOAST YOUR MUFFINS its disgusting to keep getting muffins that haven’t even been in a toaster is like doughy bread PLEASE toast them it don’t matter how busy you get. I know I would rather eat food I can actually eat than get it in a hurry
