The cashier take long to take your payment. They try to do many things at same time instead focusing on customer service took more 15 min to get other and pay in seem there not organized as restaurant. It smells also like dirty water

Terrible service. The person who answers the phone is not very nice. Firstly, I am bilingual. If I go in to order in English, they act like they don’t understand me. I order in Spanish, they act like they don’t understand me. They have messed my order up so bad many, many times. I have no idea why I have even went back after several times of my order being wrong. This time was the last time I will ever go. I always get shorted on the amount of pupusas that I order. It doesn’t matter what I order, it’s always wrong. I went this weekend and ordered many different flavors. 8 total. I received 5 OLD COLD pupusas. 4 bean and 1 loroco. Im tired of them STEALING MY MONEY! The worst part is that I tipped for carry-out hoping that maybe this would encourage them to not get my order wrong.

Our first time here. Arrived and place was completely empty. Should have left. We order the caldo de chicken. They took almost 20min to get food. Caldo was bland no flavor tasted old. Chicken also tasted old and nasty. They menu showed 18 per plate and they billed me almost $55 for caldo. Will never return. DO NOT EAT HERE

So I’ve only ever had the pleasure of eating here once, seeing as I’m rarely on that side of town but if I ever find myself over there again I’ll totally be going back. They make a super pupusa and that thing is a meal all by itself. I sure do enjoy a good pupusa!

I visited this place for the second time with the to go service, the first time was one day when I got home I was missing a pupusa and it was too late to complain, the second time I ordered tamales and something else and the cashier gave me the order and told me that the entire order was there, and she mentioned the entire order one by one and that the tamales were already in the bag, she herself prepared the last thing of my food order and verified that the order was complete, of course I did not verify my order right there so I went to the car to check that my order was complete and my surprise was that the tamales were missing, I decided to get out of the car to let her know when I entered I had to wait for her to help me since there was another person in front of me so I waited a long time when the cashier attended to me she asked me “what do I need” I told her that the tamales were missing and she responded “oh yes it is because the tamales were cooking” and I thought that it was a mistake that maybe they had forgotten and the truth was it was not, how dishonest on their part that it happens for the second time this situation? It makes me think this restaurant likes to steal from customers, because to me, this is theft. I don’t recommend this place. It’s happened twice, and incomplete orders are not acceptable. You’re paying for the order, and getting home and realizing it’s not complete leaves a lot to think about, especially when the restaurant is very far from home. There’s nothing you can do but feel robbed. All of this happened at the Arlington location. I don’t recommend it!

Please do not dine at this restaurant. I do not recommend it. Their customer service is horrendous. They never greet you if you dine, you have to run to front counter to retrieve your menu. I waited 30 minutes until someone took my order. Lastly, I don’t recommend this cause they serve raw chicken which is unacceptable. I order chicken tender meal for my kids and notice one of chicken tender was uncooked . I told owner Roxana Zamora about undercooked chicken she didn’t try fix issue she ignore me. Plus Consuming raw chicken my kids now need to be checked for salmonella and shigella…

It’s possible that the waiters and waitress are very good people but for take out the male personnel that it’s in the cashier and phone has nothing but attitude and lack accountability. I’ve gone there three times and all three times has missed one of my orders. I wouldn’t order out from here but I cannot speak for dining eat.
