I was excited to try the new half pound BBQ pulled pork sandwich. After ariving home there is no way this is half a pound, the sandwich is liter that a quarter pound burger, no bbq on the sandwich at all. If you are going to have a new product i would think you would want your employees to make it corectly so people want to buy it again. Really disappointed with this trip

When you order one of the deals they have, they charge you the price advertised, unlike McDonald’s and Wendy’s!! (Which up charge you automatically)
This location is always nice and helpful and we’ve allays gotten great fresh food.

Best Arby’s ever. The sandwiches looked like the ad sandwiches, they were warm and tasty. The curly fries were hot and crispy, friendly staff. Clean restaurant (and bathroom). I was nearby at a Dr. appointment; wish they could relocate near my home. A++

Been there 2 days in a row first day no sauces and I ordered them in the app 2 day ordered 2 half pound brisket sandwiches. Paid 15 bucks for to small sandwiches. Maybe just kids having fun in the restaurant. Both sandwiches meat with bun not even coming to bottom of clam shell and that’s with the buns. No sauces for the second order either.

Absolutely a rip off take a look at the picture. There was enough meat to maybe fill 1/3 of the bun! They advertised it as a 1/4 lb Philly cheese steak. And their company slogan is “we have the meats!” . We placed an order for 2 and when we got to the drive through window the cashier said they only had enough meat for 1 so I switched to a roast beef sandwich. They should have never passed this off as acceptable! $25+ for the two meals and this is what we get.looks nothing like their advertised sandwich.

LarderRoom…Stopped at this Arby’s late night after a concert leaving Columbus, OH, heading south on 71 towards Wilmington. It was easy to access and open late. The new fish sandwich was hot & Fresh. The new loaded Mac n Cheese was perfect! Great late night food! Drive-thru was courteous and fast. Thanks Arby’s!

2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. 15 minutes later I got a cold and messy chicken sandwich. 3 out of the last 4 times I’ve had Arby’s it has been plain awful!

My apologies for posting this review too quickly. The is result was that the service was slow as a result of the staff not being trained properly. The kitchen staff making food that is sitting in the staging area while the front counter staff are running back and forth with little sense of direction. The screens clearly have the orders by sequence listed from them to work from but they don’t seem to follow the order. Why? Is the leadership on site not holding them accountable or do they just not understand how to process the flow of work? The result if an under cooked roast beef sandwich……

It was the 1st time in 40 years arbys tasted amazing and melted in your mouth. I’m not sure if itsbioengineerred petri Dish born or free range cattle Moms. I actually don’t want to know. I was enamored with the flavor and the experience I just wish I would have purchased 2 more! I don’t believe I’ve said anything good about fast food in the last 40 years.
