Man I had a long day of school and I was told by this restaurant from my colleagues so I said I’d swing by there. The restaurant isn’t hard to miss it’s the best looking one on Getwell. The atmosphere is very pleasant, when you walk in you’re greeted by friendly workers and a barrage of fish in the corner. I had ordered the chicken fried rice. The price was really reasonable. Overall 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the Memphis area.

Great food. Our go to place for Cajun seafood. I wish they could update Google for their schedule if they are not open. It has been two times Google says they are open but they are not. Wasted everyone’s time ( not holidays)

The BEST crawfish in town and all around! Ellis has an amazing garlic butter sauce for their seafood!! It’s currently peak crawfish season and our order was delicious. We usually like it extra spicy and they make it for us like that! The crawfish is super fresh and they’ll tell you if the crawfish they have for the week if they’re big or not. Great customer service!!
We also like to get fried rice to eat with our crawfish. Everything here is very reasonably priced. My family and I love the food here.

Went here June 7th because I was craving and missing some good New Orleans crawfish! Though it’s not New Orleans they were really good! They were definitely spicy but had a sweet taste to them as well! We also got gumbo and frog legs! Gumbo was good it would have been great if it just had a little bit more spice to it!

For $41 this is what we got. Although the food was flavorful, I expected much more. The crab legs were tiny and that little red thing in the center of the plate is the world’s smallest lobster tail which were $8 each. (There’s actually another one under the crab legs somewhere.) Definitely not worth a second visit.

Really enjoyed the food. All was cooked skillfully in that it wasn’t greasy, was moist and tender inside, and crispy on the outside. They know what they’re doing with seafood here! The ambience isn’t great which is why I gave it 4 stars overall, but the food was 5 stars!
