Fuji Japan was a whole vibe — my manager recommended this place and honestly… best decision ever. The hibachi show had us laughing the entire time — fire tricks, flying food, chef with personality for days… dinner AND entertainment checked ✔️. The fried rice and noodles were straight up comfort food heaven, hot, flavorful, and impossible to stop eating. We also tried the sushi which was super fresh, plus the classic soup and house salad with that addictive ginger dressing — seriously I could drink that stuff. Portions were generous, the energy was fun and loud in the best way, and we left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Definitely a spot worth going back to when you want good food + a good time .

I ate here for lunch and purchased the hibachi lunch combo with shrimp and steak. The meal was very flavorful. I love grilled vegetables and the steak was cooked medium. Everything turned good. I would definitely recommend this location.

OMG. The food is AWESOME . THE carrots grilled carrots were very tender, sweet succulent. I finished all of mine before the rest of my vegetables were even plated. Additionally, I ordered the salmon and shrimp which was absolutely amazing and tender. Because it was my birthday, I was gifted an extra piece of salmon. Finally, the apple martini is also a must try.

We enjoyed ourselves at this Hibachi restaurant. The chef was engaging and the staff was super friendly. Although I’ve seen all of the tricks he performed, it was funny to see my grandson’s reaction. Each of us received a lot of food. It wasn’t until after I ordered that I noticed they have an option to share for only $10.99. I will definitely choose that next time. I gave only 4 stars because when I took a bite of the appetizer shrimp, it was foul tasting. I immediately had to spit it out. Thankfully, I ate it last. It would have ruined the entire experience had I eaten it first. The rest of the meal was good. The vegetables were cooked just like I like them. The rice was good but I’ve had better. Maybe he didn’t put enough butter in it. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and the meal.

We’ve been to this FUJI Japan location a few times. We sat at the hibachi for our son’s birthday. The food did not come out in the order it normally does. The portions were not adequate or portioned equally for all guests. The chef kept messing up orders so we had to wait. I would NOT recommend the lobster in the hibachi. The lobster was way over cooked and was a bit rubbery. Our son ordered a side of rice and the chef gave the extra to another guest.

Visited this place on a Sunday before the church crowd and it was ok. I’ve had better Hibachi, not the food was ok for what we paid for it. Service was great and the atmosphere wasn’t too noisy with the cooks yelling. Parking can be a nightmare depending on when you go. The hubs liked it so we will definitely be back.
