Avoid this Popeyes at all cost. The workers here either don’t care or can’t read. Always gets my order wrong and always try to cheapen customers by not giving dipping sauces. Why charge for dipping sauces if your aren’t going to add in the bag. Got garlic seasoning for the fried shrimp but ended up with that on the tenders. Photo of food and receipt for reference. Usually if this was the first time that happen I wouldn’t waste my time typing a review. How can we the customers trust your employees that they are following the food safety standards if they can merely follow simple orders that they been train to do.

Came here on February 25th an hour and a half before close and the speaker wasn’t working right so we went up to the window and asked if we could place our order there. The only response we got was a weird glassy-eyed stare from an employee who just sorta wandered off. Had other issues in the past with this location, but not wasting any more time here since there are plenty of other locations nearby.

gave this place a chance 10 times. every time the quality of the tenders and chicken is so trash it puts the franchise to shame, but fried chicken in general. They use old tenders, and cut them in half and sell them as 2 tenders. i only know this because i go to the popeyes in fairview now. the buscuits are so overdone you can play hockey with these pucks. the chicken.. omg. the breading is so bad and burnt. If you can’t keep the standard, sell the franchise, because this location owner is embarrassing this brand; on a consistent basis. stop skimping on the sides. your employees exhibit street vendor level charlatan tricks on customers to “cut costs” but in actuality you’re self stigmatizing stereotypes and your own business. youre a fast food chain restaurant. if you wanted to be an actual restaurant you wouldnt be popeyes.

I made an order in the drive thru and discovered 2 sheets of paper in the chicken sandwich when I got home. The food quality is hit or miss here but I have to draw the line and can no longer eat Popeyes after finding paper inside of the spicy chicken sandwich. Disgusting. Makes me question what other forms of negligence takes place.

After trying this Popeyes haven’t been in long time I can say I won’t be returning. First problem staff didn’t know much English didn’t explain menu very well. The food is decent, I especially like their spicy chicken sandwich but this restaurateur is very disorganized. They take forever to prepare your order and if you want it deliver, expect to wait over an hour. Even when ordering a head for pickup, they don’t start on your order until you arrive which really defeats the purpose (and yes, tell them in the app to get the order ready because I am close by). The staff is very friendly but don’t seem well trained. They are constantly walking back and forth unsure of what to do. Their new fish sandwich is a miss, very bland and nothing special. They are still currently take out and delivery only. This location has a drive through and parking lot with decent amount of paces.

I drove up on a Sunday evening, and the drive thru was empty (lucky me!). I ordered a sandwich combo and upgraded to the macaroni and cheese side and strawberry lemonade. The total was about $12-$13.
I expected the sandwich to be fresh, but the batter was all soggy, falling apart and lukewarm. There was barely any sauce (and most of it leaked out), which made the sandwich dry.
The Mac n cheese only filled half of the container and was almost solid. However, it had potential and tons of cheese flavor (none of that Kraft fake stuff).
The lemonade was delicious and refreshing. I usually do not request ice in my drinks, but I forgot to this time. To my luck, the server did not include ice. Which made my day.
Overall, I was disappointed in the quality and freshness of the food. I really wanted to enjoy this treat, as it was my cheat meal.
Better luck next time, I guess.

This store never gets order right. So many times. Today I got 8 pieces though I ordered 10. Even customer service did not handle my request properly. What a garbage and scam franchise. Goodbye Popeyes.
