We ate here twice, on two different days, within the past week. Service was consistent, and excellent. Food was served hot, and tasted amazing. We are a family of 4 and ordered different items. Everything was great.

Let’s start with my mother and I came in. There’s was nobody in front or behind us waiting to be seated. It took about 15 minutes to be seated and it wasn’t busy. Ordered drinks right away and got them fairly quick. Then it took another 10-15 for our server to come back to take the order. The eggs weren’t cooked. I asked for over easy and my mother asked for over easy. We both got almost raw and all over the plate when they arrived. I’m not talking about the yolks, the whites were almost all liquid with a few cooked chunks floating around. The toast had almost zero butter on them. The chicken fried steak I ordered was ok but overly done and crispy. My mother’s bacon… One piece was burnt, the other barely cooked. Had zero refills on drinks. My pancakes were soggy. The syrup pours out at a ridiculously slow drizzle. My hash browns were a congealed semi solid chunk when they arrived. Took approximately another 10 minutes standing at the counter to pay the check. None of the servers seemed capable of base polite customer service. Made me feel guilty for bothering them to place an order. I spent way to much money for this incredibly subpar experience.

I have considered IHOP as a healthy alternative to eating while traveling.
But really Kingman IHOP very unhealthy I asked for a white egg with meat and it had half a liter of oil.
They had burnt onions and only 1 piece of chicken.
You can see the photo 60% of the quesadilla is empty And potatoes drain oil.
Employees do their job well. Management and up is to blame.

I have no complaints about the food or the service; I only took off two stars because hygiene is very important to me.
I sat at a table overlooking the cooks and noticed one of them had a long, uncovered beard. I think there should be stricter personal hygiene standards, as a hair can accidentally fall into the food.

We felt we were an inconvenience to our server. We walked in and were greeted by a wonderful lady whom seated us. Our server came over & we ordered coffee one regular one decaf. Ordered our food at the same time with juices to come with our food. I had also requested salsa with my food. We waited for about 15 minutes for our coffee, she walks by and said it would be a bit as they had to make more coffee. Then when she brought it out she poured two cups from the pot. I informed her I had requested decaf. She left the regular cup there and then came back grabbing it off the table. She came back out with a new cup poured and then set the pot down firmly. She walked away and then she walked back by and asked when did we want our juice I again stated with our food. Another worker from the kitchen brought out our food said your server will be with you shortly. The server than walks over sets our juices down throws the straws on the table and walks away. She did not even bother to ask us about our food. And I never got my Salsa by the way. We were both very polite to her hoping it would change her demeanor towards us. We both agreed no tip and NO return. Whether she was having a bad day or just had other things on her mind or doesn’t like her job should never reflect on how you treat people.

Awesome all day breakfast here. Excellent coffee made made my day. Michelle was great and personable. She offered substitutes for meat on all menu items and she is the go to person if you get here. This is just like every other IHOP. The booths are not plus size friendly. The server wasn’t nice. The parking lot needs painting for directions. The food took a bit but wasn’t bad. It was surprisingly dead for a Sunday morning, which was nice since we were driving through from Vegas going home. The bathrooms are pretty sketchy. I’d hold it and use the Walmarts if you could not very clean here. The server caught me off guard as I asked a question to make sure my dish didn’t include an ingredient, and she responded with it comes with what’s on the menu I just read it.
