My granddaughter has been requesting food from this establishment forever!!! I will say, her and the other party enjoyed their items. The price was too pricey!!! In addition, I was very disappointed with the mistreatment from cashier. After paying for the order, I requested a receipt, which in my experiences have been a reasonable ask . I was informed that I could not receive one due to the paper running out. I stated that I would like a receipt and asked what could be done. The cashier went to the back to give an explanation to a manager; I suppose. I only wanted a receipt because I take pictures of receipts for an app for points. I feel she thought I wanted to complain because I asked her to give the breakdown of my purchase. To which her interaction was very condescending when she opened her calculator app on her phone with aggravation…
Also, please keep the restaurant clean at all times!!!

This Chipotle is an absolute disgrace. The staff couldn’t care less zero professionalism, zero effort, and zero customer service. Everyone acts irritated just taking an order. The restaurant looks completely neglected trash cans overflowing, tables filthy, floors sticky, and a drink station that’s ALWAYS out of syrup. The juice station hasn’t been stocked in my last two visits, and somehow they’re out of multiple proteins every time like they’ve just given up.
This place is being run into the ground. It feels like management has abandoned the building and the crew is just coasting until someone finally shuts the doors. I’ve tried giving this location several chances, and it has gotten worse every single time. At this point, it shouldn’t even be open it’s a terrible representation of the Chipotle brand.
If you value your time, your money, or basic cleanliness, avoid this location. It’s beyond fixable in its current state.

This place is absolutely gross. The fact that this chipotle store is open is a surprise. The cooks are standing in the kitchen talking while there are 8+ customers waiting in line. There’s one girl (working her butt off making peoples food and trying to do to go orders) she calls for help and 3 more employees come out of the back that apparently weren’t doing anything. Meanwhile there’s not a clean table in the restaurant, bags and trash everywhere, trash can is full and the fountain station is nothing short of a catastrophe. Then apparently a family came in that was close with a cook and they got their food and drinks most of the customers did.

The staff preparing the order were disrespectful and disregarded customer service values. The order was incorrect, and there were no spoons, forks, or napkins. The Coca-Cola was also not cold.

We paid more than $16 for a burrito bowl only to get home and realize it was barely half full. Absolutely a waste of money, we won’t be coming back.

Not one of the good ones. Which is surprising given other reviews. First problem was they were out of pico for the rest of the evening. I should’ve left right then, but half the bowl was already made. Next time, I’ll just walk out if they are out of one of the ingredients I use to make my bowl.
Then the lime rice was very strong lime flavored. It ruined the whole bowl. I couldn’t even finish the bowl. I force myself to eat half of the bowl since I knew this was my only meal for the rest of the day. Some tables were dirty, but they didn’t have trashcans by the door. They already put them away for the evening I guess. Maybe they should only be open until 6 pm because apparently they want to close after that. Very disappointed in this locations lack of customer service.

went in at 9:30 , an hour and a half before close and there were only limited options of what i could choose from everything else had been put up i didn’t get things i wanted on my bowl as simple as cheese even though the guy that went before me when he asked for cheese the worker went over to the online order station and picked up a whole handful of cheese but when i asked for it i was denied. the worker also had an attitude the entire time and was rolling her eyes.

Truly a shockingly bad experience. I’ve been a loyal fan for 16 years and this was an all time low in terms of the lack of food at 7:30 pm and the straight refusal to even replenish any of the ingredients. Corporate needs to step in and make some changes because this is happening all over the country and that was ridiculous for a restaurant with such a historically strong and consistant brand.

I’m so disappointed in my experiences here. I’m a person who tries a restaurant several times before reviewing unless I’m traveling. This location has been consistently disappointing. Diedra, refused to fill our queso up. I’ve never had a Chipotle location elsewhere give me a large queso that is not filled? When I asked her about it, she argued and called for the manager. The manager was belligerent. This was after giving me two small queso and charging us before I had the chance to tell her I wanted the larger size. Don’t most employees ask what size a customer wants? I always did when I worked jobs? The young woman warned me that if she filled my large queso, she would have to charge me even more for the two small queso that I didn’t order? No one behind the counter was listening to me. So, in the process I think I was being gaslit. I wanted to pay for two large queso. She wouldn’t fill them and handed me one that wasn’t full telling us to pay more for the smalls along with the large? It made no sense? I was fine with taking it all off and refunding my money. Chicfila is just down the street and Panera. I love Qdoba in every state. I’m done with Chipotle, though.
