No longer waterfront but still a good night out. Took Dad to clean out the all you can eat crab legs. Food was great and really not over priced for what we ate. Neat shopping area with the ability to do a little bar hopping.

We come to Fort Myers every year and this was our first time stumbling across Hooked. We were on the hunt for fresh oysters and it was happy hour here. The oysters were fresh and delicious. We decided to go ahead and grab lunch. The menu is amazing. They had me at grouper crunch wrap supreme. My wife got the blackened Mahi Mahi tacos and my son got a tropical shrimp wrap. Everything was top notch. We’ll definately make an annual stop when we get down here. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Lobster roll was delicious. Shrimp island wrap needs some work. The idea of it sounds delicious, however, when you put hot shrimp on-top of lettuce and tomatos it gets soggy and warm and that’s not delicious. .. service was excellent.
We sat outside against the building and there was bird poop all over the ledge… From who knows when. That made our meal all the less appetizing.

I had the pleasure of dining here last night with my daughter. When I say it was perfect – I mean ‘perfect’! We sat outside & Megan was our waitress. She was running back & forth from inside to outside & never once missed a beat. We had the clam chowder (heavy on the clams) WOW!! I also had the Seafood Fra Diavolo & Calamari. My daughter had the Sushi Stack. Everything was cooked to perfection. & even the ones who buss tables were quick & pleasant. My only complaint is that I live in Ft Lauderdale & I wish this little piece of heaven was closer.

The service and food are absolutely spot on. The food is so good my wife and I ate here 2 days in a row. Day 1 we had the crab stuffed mushrooms (portion is small 4) and buffalo chicken egg rolls. Wife had grouper sandwich with scallop potatoes. I the Grouben (Ruben with grouper). Everything was amazing.
Day 2 wife had the all you can eat crab legs. I had NY strip and lobster tails. ($38)
Every thing we ate was exceptional! We will definitely go back again as often as we can.

We came in for a quick bite and left absolutely blown away! I ordered the pineapple bowl with ahi tuna and shrimp, while my date went for the steak with added scallops. For our appetizer, we chose the black-crusted ahi—an incredible start to the meal.
The scallops were pure perfection—no gritty, fishy taste, just rich flavor and a perfectly tender texture. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender and seasoned to perfection, and the pineapple bowl was a showstopper both in presentation and taste.
Our bartender and server, Nico, was phenomenal. His pours were generous, his timing impeccable, and he made sure we never wanted for a thing. The atmosphere was inviting, the space spotless, and the overall experience unforgettable.

Clean. Most important. Bartender Katie. Friendly. Helpful with giving menu selections and extremely attentive she refilled my club soda more than I refill my medication prescriptions .
I judge seafood restaurants on several factors.
Bisque/chowder. Shrimp and grits if they have on menu. And of course. Grouper. It was lunchtime so I ordered a classic grouper sandwich.. It was fresh. The breading had a Distinct characteristic to it. Reminded me of almost a corn meal crust which was delicious.
Their take on fries was unique as they were flat and crispy. Excellent lunch meal. Will be back for dinner to enjoy other menu items.

We had a fantastic experience at Hooked island Grill! Our server Jai was absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. He checked in at all the right times, gave great recommendations, and his funny
attitude really elevated the whole meal.
And the sushi hot dog… WOW. So creative and delicious — perfectly balanced flavors, fresh, and unlike anything else we’ve tried. It’s a must-order!
