Not the best experience with our recent visit to Carl’s Jr. They were out of so many basic items, including completely out of napkins even in the bathroom. Being there with kids, It would have been nice to know ahead of time that they had no napkins or paper products available at all. We had to walk to the gas stations to get napkins. They were out of several drink and food items as well.
We were told their paper/napkin supplier hasn’t delivered in over a week. As a manager, I don’t understand why there wasn’t a backup plan. Something as basic as napkins could easily be ordered elsewhere to keep the location stocked. That’s just basic management and planning.
On top of that, the place was filthy. The dining area was dirty, and the bathrooms were not clean either.
Unfortunately, even the food wasn’t good, which made the overall experience even worse.

Had to wait a half hour for my meal, even though I was the only one inside the restaurant. I saw a bunch of people come in and look at the menu and then leave because the saw things weren’t moving. It’s a real shame because Carls Junior has the best burgers. Not sure I’ll stop here again. (This was my second time, and the first time was similar – though not as bad as this one.) most of the tables were dirty and/or sticky.

If you are a dude and have to poo don’t stop here for a burger and a dump. No urinal option in the men’s restroom, everybody pees all over the place you get to sit. Thankful I only had to pee. They did have soap in the bathroom!
Service sucked we stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before we were helped. The food was ok, but after the MANAGER reached into the fry bin with her bare hand that had just touched the register when we ordered and ate a fry or two I prayed I didn’t just lay 41 dollars for 3 people to eat and a good case of diarrhea the next day. Thankfully nobody got sick. I think we will pass on Carl’s Jr in Fillmore in the future.

This particular Carl’s Jr. location had the best food I’ve ever had from the chain! I had mostly given up on Carl’s Jr., but while traveling, we decided to stop in and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and perfectly made, the service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean. I’d definitely stop here again!

Not a big fan of this place. Food is subpar. Not very clean. It’s lost its focus on feeding and satisfying customers. Service was disturbing as it felt like I was ordering from a fast food diva. They lacked professionalism and were definitely not friendly. I can’t in good conscience recommend them.

The kid that took our order was very friendly, he made sure he got the order correct (wasn’t afraid to ask if he didn’t hear & made sure we knew the options) and when our order was ready he saw my hands were full so he grabbed me a plastic bag to put the food in and a cup holder so my daughter could carry the cups without any trouble. (I understand that that is how it should be, but unfortunately that’s not always how it is, so when someone actually does their job like they are supposed to, especially with a friendly smile on their face and a welcoming tone, it shows, and I appreciate it!)

My daughter ordered a double pattie burger as well with the medium fry and drink with no intention of eating her fries, she was unable to eat her whole burger. I ordered myself the single pattie bacon avacado burger with large fry & the strawberry lemonade (slightly smaller cup). The burger was just as big as the other two, a bit messy so don’t order if you’re driving, I couldn’t eat the bun, nor the fries. The food was good, fresh, hot and plentiful!

Of all the fast food restaurants I ever eat at Carl’s Jr. always has the best tasting food and the best staff. I don’t know his name but the gentleman that greeted me when I walked in was so kind and so cordial and so helpful. I highly recommend Carl’s Jr. to anyone.

The price on the board reads 1 price but they charged $1.30 more per burger! The staff said they can’t do anything about it. Then I had a buy 1 star get another for $1. They charged 6.99 for each star burgers (13.00 charged) and only gave me a discount of $2.50 off. but the customer screen shows they give $5.45 off but it doesn’t reflect in the total. They are scamming people!! The food wasn’t great either. Overall the place was dirty and sticky on top of a horrible experience.

Worst fast food experience. We got to the drive through. We’re told it would be just a minute. After 10 minute we asked if they were still there. They said yes. We asked if we could order. Gave them the two burgers we wanted to order and told them we had a coupon from the app. They said they didn’t know how to do them and they had to delete the order and to come to the window. We drove up and waited at least 5 more minutes and the window was open. Saw someone in the back but no one else. Then the guy walked right passed the window to the dining room and didn’t even acknowledge us so we left. There wasn’t another person in the drive thru ahead of us and it was 12:30. Took nearly 15 minutes in a fast food drive through that was empty and never even got our order taken and the guy didn’t know how to take our app coupon and even forgot we were sitting at the window waiting. Very disappointed.
