We came in for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and every staff member we interacted with made our visit enjoyable. Our waitress was especially attentive and patient, answering all of my questions, even though I was very indecisive. Overall, it was a great experience.

Had Ashley as the waitress and it was not a great experience. Had to repeat requests a few times. Drink stayed empty most of the visit as well. Doesn’t matter if it’s unlimited refills if waitress doesn’t come to the table. Then asked for a drink to go and it was a completely different drink than what I had ordered.

My server Amanda was great! She attended my table frequently and diligently. The atmosphere when walking in was cozy and warm, we were greeted by a smiling hostess who directed us to our seats. Amanda got our drinks and food orders quickly and attentively got refilled our drinks. My meal was mostly fine and my dessert was amazing. I would definitely come here again!

This place has gone downhill so bad it’s disgusting. Tables are not cleaned off properly.The breakfast I ordered was so salty.I couldn’t even eat it. The carpet has all kinds of runs in it. The tables are all scraped up and there’s food on the dividers between seats. The place needs to update or just go out of business!

A couple of friends from out of town plus my boyfriend and I went out to eat at Bob Evans. Everything went well until we got our food. My order as well as my boyfriend’s was not made correctly from the way that we ordered it. My boyfriend ordered a 3 egg omelette with bacon in it. He ended up getting scrambled eggs with bacon on the side, do we also ordered wheat toast and got rye toast instead. So clearly the waitress did not listen the way she was supposed to. So for that I am truly frustrated

I usually don’t leave reviews for restaurants but I just had to after our experience. We have never had such an amazing waiter before. Josh went above and beyond. I could tell they were short staffed as he was waiting MULTIPLE tables, cleaning tables, and preparing the last touches of food. He was very kind, always had our drinks filled, served food as soon as it was ready and made our experience the best we have experienced at any restaurant. Bob Evans, do better and hire more staff. This man deserves a raise!

Had Kaylie. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Such an extremely nice person…and her Service was top notch… Food arrived hot and as ordered. She even re-warmed my pancakes because I was on the phone as they cooled off.
Restaurant is clean, smelled fresh as well. Other servers I saw were equally engaging with their customers . In fact the spirit of the place was very positive and the servers deserve recognition for that.

Me and my mom went there this morning for her birthday breakfast and it was honestly one of the best choices I have ever made. Everyone was so nice. And if you do go for breakfast then u should get the double chocolate chip hot cakes because they are really good.
