Stopped into the 99 on the MA–VT line thinking it’d be a quick, no-risk meal, and walked out pleasantly surprised. The burger was fantastic — one of those juicy, “wait, did a chain place really pull this off?” moments. Perfectly cooked, great flavor, and absolutely hit the spot after a long drive.
The service was genuinely friendly, not the scripted kind. Everyone I interacted with seemed to actually enjoy being there, and they kept things moving without rushing you out the door.
It’s still the 99 — you know what you’re walking into — but this location pushes above its weight. Comfortable, easy, and far better food than it needs to be.
Solid 4 stars. Would happily stop in again.

We were traveling from Washington state and stopped in 14 minutes before the kitchen closed. We were greeted and still sat right away, the host was very kind. Our waitress Laurel was sweet and amazing. The food, let me tell you about this food. We got the prime rib, lobster butter roll, crab cakes and seafood soup. It was incredible. Every bite was better than the one before. 100/10 would recommend. Thanks for not only feeding our bodies but providing a warm atmosphere to enjoy our feast.

Stopped in for a late dinner and was greeted by a very friendly Manager named Sandy. She was extremely knowledgeable about certain dishes and even asked if we would like to try their special tomatoe soup. It was delicious.
Our bartender was just as friendly and very efficient.
We had such a great meal, service and was treated so nice we went back again later on that week for a Happy Hour which with appetizers we stayed longer.
Thank you Ladies for making us feel welcome.
When we are back in town again we will stop in.

Love it! The experience was awesome. Our server Alexis was the best. She was friendly and attentive. When she realized that my wife didn’t like her food ( she thought it was too salty) she advised the manager and the made thing right. Both the manager and Alexis went a ove and beyond to make us feel welcomed.
Next time we are up in Northern Mass. We will make sure to stop again.

Aubrey is a wonderful bartender and server! Highly recommend her! Food is reliably good. And we go here OFTEN! Gluten free options available. I especially enjoy the balsamic salmon and the grilled (I can’t have it fried because of celiac disease) honey mustard chicken salad.

Jackie was great server. Seafood trio was very good. Asparagus cooked just right but they left the hard un-edible stems on them.
My girl didn’t like the topping on the trio, she said it tasted burnt, but I thought it was fine. That is simply a matter of preference not quality. Drinks were 10/10!

This restaurant is conveniently located in the same compound with Days Inn and Hampton Inn. One minute walk from either hotel. Restaurant was a good size. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Menu had a few good selections and the draft craft beer selection was pretty darn good! The BBC Pilsner is a must to try! Overall, this place was decent. The food was good, the craft beer was better and our waitress was phenomenal! I’d give them a try

Enjoyed a good lunch while traveling. The restaurant is easy to find off the 91/2 interchange in Greenfield with plenty of parking. The carpets had be freshly cleaned, and we were greeted upon entering by the hostess and brought to our table. Rebecca took good are of us and the food was as expected. More vegetarian options would be appreciated.

I drink a lot of iced tea with lime. Our server kept my glass filled and served lime with it everytime, without me having to ask! I can not tell you how rare that is. She was an excellent server.
