I had a GREAT experience at Taco Bell store #018272 on this visit! From the moment I arrived, the service was fast, friendly, and professional. The team was highly motivated, attentive, and truly showed pride in what they do.
My order was prepared perfectly—fresh, hot, and exactly as requested. You can tell when a team is working together with a positive attitude, and that was absolutely the case here. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made sure every detail was right.
This location sets the standard for excellent customer service and quality food. Big shout-out to the motivated team at store #018272 for delivering a top-tier experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I am writing to formally complain about repeated poor experiences at this location. Most recently, I received my $30 order of tacos with no fillings inside, which unfortunately reflects a pattern of incorrect, cold, and sloppily prepared food despite drive-through waits exceeding 10 minutes.
The drive-through environment is consistently hostile and unprofessional. On New Year’s Day, I was particularly concerned to observe a drunk employee working the window while only one person in kitchen, raising serious concerns about safety and management oversight. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as these issues appear to be ongoing with EVERY OTHER REVIEW! CORPORATE NEEDS TO MASS TRAIN THIS LOCATION!

We bought 2 chalupa dinners. When we got home we only live around the corner the meals were cold. My wife took a bite of one that was supposed to be chicken and she look strange when I ask what was wrong she said she didn’t taste any chicken . So we inspected the one she was eating. Looking very hard we found one very sorry piece of chicken. We looked at the second and found on very small sliver of chicken. They were both mostly lettuce. I checked mine they were supposed to be beef, one was empty except for a small amount on one side. The second one was much better. However the wrap tasted stale and I found chunks of crusty dough. They were hard enough that they hurt my mouth. The tacos were also void of meat and unappealing. I cannot believe the owner cares so little about his product. But I have to say I have not had luck with Taco Bell in general. But this one we have kept trying to buy from them. We like to support local business,but this store third time I give up. We have written reviews like this one and talking to management made me feel like I was wasting my time.

OMG… the state of BAD fast food in Jacksonville just keeps growing and growing. Ordered in the drive thru, pulled up behind an Impala wuth one adult driving and 3 children. It was obvious that a child in the back was in charge. It was a total SNAFU. It was well over 20 minutes before they finally pull away. I knew my box had been sitting, waiting, during that 20 minutes. And I was right. I didn’t get the $9 box, I was given the $7 box. I asked for extra Diablo sauce… I got NONE! NONE! So I took home a cold $7 box for $10.14, got NO hot sauce. This is the 3rd fast food joint in two weeks that can’t get an order straight either online or in person. You heard me Wendy’s and Arby’s! I swear, if Popeyes goes bad in this town I’m going to start a protest march. Food is too expensive for this kind of service.

I just wish for once they will get our order right. When I order for me & my husband… they always mess up the order. I get my food supreme and my husband no sour cream because he’s allergic. They’ll either have no sour cream on nothing or sour cream on everything….. ugh…. I thought let’s try a different shift… nope same thing happened. I don’t know what to do at this point. The customer service is good, nice… but they just can’t seem to get our order right.

This has got to be a joke. I have four little pieces of steak in my 2 discovery boxes. The chicken quesadilla is the same way most of it is burnt torltia. Fries were cold. Supreme Soft tacos were more tortillas and sour cream than anything. Worst place in Jacksonville do not know why I try. I give it a few months and it’s still the same. I do have better luck with the day shift crew. Do not recommend.

I don’t normally write review, this place is atrocious, something is needed to be said, ordered online, upon receiving our order, they reduce our drinks to medium from a large without any compensation or willing to work with us as we were paying more than what we are receiving, we had to take it to the app (Taco Bell app) incomplete/missing items from the order, straight up laziness when they put the food together; fillings not in as ordered, horrible attitude. Worst crew that I’ve ever had seen.

A picture speaks a thousand words right? THEY GAVE US EMPTY TACO SHELLS ALSO. Taco Bell offers free tuition to their employees and this is the service they’re handing out. Not acceptable. And for the franchise to be offering free tuition the standard and quality of service should be superior. 0 Stars !
