Waited all week to go get the big arch got it got home ate half of it looked at it and it was raw ewe took my girlfriend to Burger king to get hers first should have listen to Her. It was 36 cents cheaper so I guess if you don’t cook it as much it’s a little cheaper than Burger kings awesome whopper that was cooked.

Every time I come here through the drive through they always make me park around the corner. It’s like they are so concerned over the amount of time you are in the drive through. Even if nobody is in line behind you or in front of you. If they are going to make you park every time then they might as well make it like the old school burger joints and get rid of the drive through all together. It is ridiculous. Especially when I only got a 4pc nugget yet paid for a 10pc.

The Resturant screws up our online order and forgot my youngest happy meal. Set my son to the Resturant at 750pm on Sunday. Staff said they would get it squared away, just for him to wait in the car. 15 minutes later he goes to check what is taking so long and they “closed early” and are not answering the door, which is locked. They also ignored him at the drive thru. I hope corporate fixes this mentality on its staff. I have YET to have an order go according to plan from either the silverdale or Bangor, WA location.

Ordered on the app before leaving work – got there 15 min later, went inside to pick up – it was not in the pick up location and the one girl up front was apparently NOT taking orders or even codes from the app and just says: “‘I’m sorry we’re really busy.” But made no move to take my code or help me or anything. So I got in my car and headed to the drive thru since apparently people in the drive thru in the comfort of their cars are more important than the people in the lobby.
The lady at the drive thru said I picked the “drive thru” option but looking at the app again I sure didn’t- I chose pick up.
Almost 30 minutes to wait for a happy meal and a single cheeseburger is RIDICULOUS.
This is the SECOND time something like this has happened. Apathetic crew, long wait times, no respect or thought for people who ordered ahead.
Never again. Skip this McDonald’s and go to a different one.

This location used to be amazing about 2-3 years ago, but it has since gone downhill. Long wait times and constant wrong orders. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a forgotten root beer at curbside pickup before I got frustrated and went inside. Another time I got nothing but cheese on my burger (no patty at all)
For now, I think I will be trying other locations, which is such a shame cuz I really used to like this one, but they must have changed management, staff or something.

I ordered three pieces of chicken strips x 2 boxes via drive-thru, but only discovered one box when I pulled away, so I had to return and go inside. It was inconvenient because there was a long wait at the drive-thru.

I’ve been to hundreds of McDonald’s in my lifetime, but this one is definitely one of the best! I drive an extra ten miles to come to this location instead of the Poulsbo location simply because you can enjoy your meal inside the location. It means a lot to be able to eat at a table instead of your car. The food here is always fresh and served HOT, and when I order my coffee with 8 creames and 8 sugars, they actually listen. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this location!
