I dont know what yall talking about. Service was amazing. Food was tasty. We got the butterfly shrimp with fried rice. Friend rice was seasonde well and shrimp was friend perfect, 1 pound of boiled shrimp the butter sauce to go with it im about to smash that on another dish today because it was the bomb, shrimp etouefee(how ever it’s spelled) it was good with a lil spice. No it’s not Louisiana style but it was still good. We eating here again and ima do another review from a different account because they need more stars from what we experienced
8/ 7/ 2025 – We went back again and again and again. I would say since the time if us living in mont belvieu for about 8 months we patronized Kim’s establishment about 25 times easily. As you can see now I know the owners name and she is a beauty! Hospitality always on point.

Food was delicious.some of the best boiled shrimp! The flavor was perfect we ordered medium spice and my nose was running, the butter has seasoning in it so I ordered a side of just regular butter. I can’t wait to come back to try their crawfish.Prices are good, it’s a lot of food very filling. Fried rice has really good flavor , I thought it would be plain like other places but it’s not. Sweet tea is so good my husband kept stealing my drink.

I think you should try them!! I absolutely appreciate their service. Not only were they attentive to us but I watched them with the other guest as well. Someone wanted to watch their team play basketball, they had no problem making this accommodations as they searched the channels for them. Now to the food. ALWAYS good and i say always because I eat there once every two weeks if not more. And my folks from Louisiana so I know what seasoned food tasted like.

Casual to relax atmosphere, friendly service. The gumbo was better than expected, really great flavor. The etouffe, fried catfish, shrimp and crawfish tails were good. When in the area, I will be back to get some of that delicious gumbo.

Good food lots of choices. The service was great. Friendly and took the order how i wanted it. Could clean the condiments better. But overall the food was hot and great flavor. The salad was not very good so didn’t want too eat it. It was the core of iceberg lettuce and one slice of tomato. But the grilled shrimp was good. And so was the dirty rice. Steak was very thin should have been thicker especially being in Texas. But lobster was great flavor and nice and hot with real butter. Sweet tea was great black tea and real sugar. Close by the truck stop so just a hop, skip and walk away. Bathroom was very clean. Will be coming back to try different seafood.

Save your money! Best part of meal was salad. Fries were so salty all you tasted. Fish was batter with hardly any actual fish in it. Popcorn shrimp were micro shrimp way overcooked. Fried shrimp were small and had funny taste. Spent over $50 for 3 people and left hungry.

I ordered 3 pounds of crawfish (hot & spicy) and one pound of shrimp. Shrimp had a really good flavor. Crawfish was a little small, but could be due to the recent weather conditions.
